Just tried these hatch chile enchiladas. They were very good. I was a little worried they might be super spicy, but ours were fine. We did put some mild Herdez green sauce on top. Yum!

When they chicken is clear of cartilage, this is good. Sadly, virtually ever meal I buy is filled with unchewable pieces. Use quality ingredients and produce a quality product.

The Hatch Chili and Chicken Enchiladas are delicious!! So easy to have dinner in just about 30 minutes. I shared them with a couple friends, and they loved them too! Next time, if they are available, I am going to try freezing one to have on hand. They are not hot or spicey, but they are very good! Filled with a lot of chicken breast meat in a creamy sauce.

Love these, but we modify as only center has sauce/cheese. Would buy more often if covered enchilada entirely. We put either cotija, montery jack, or cheddar on it as the tortillas horribly crunchy. They are easy and delicious for a meal. I find the 30 + 15 min heating directions should be little longer also maybe because extra cheese.

These were a no for us. Expecting more of a kick with the name "hatch chile", but they were not spicy at all. Had a heavy cream cheese like texture mixed in with the chicken. The ends of the tortillas were very dry. Did not care for these! A big bummer because usually we love everything by Members Mark!

This had a funny sour, cream cheese flavor .. I don't like it. I wouldn't recommend buying this. It was gross and soggy. Yes I baked it and it was still soggy and tasted weird. Just buy a rotisserie chicken and look for a recipe online for the filling. You could make these a lot better. It just wasn't good for the price. These premade take-home meals usually are a miss.

These enchiladas are really tasty. A little more of the cheese sauce on top would be nice, but these are good. I didn't give five stars because of the way the instructions are so badly displayed. there is one label that wraps around to cover a little of the top and mostly around the bottom and unfortunately the bottom is where the cooking instructions are. I had to hold the package up in the air and get a magnifier because the print is so small. The label needs to be placed so that the instructions show on the top or side.

This Enchilada meal is FANTASTIC. Better than your favorite Mexican (Tex-Mex) Restaurant! I buy one of these meals weekly, eat 4 or 5 meals off of the one tray and these are so amazing. You will not and cannot go wrong purchasing this meal. Do IT Already!

These are not enchiladas. They are pulled chicken drenched in Ranch dressing with a few hatch chilis, rolled into a flour tortilla and topped with what looks like pepper jack cheese. It is a flavor bomb in the worst sense. Very salty, heavy, and fatty. Not even remotely Mexican. I could only eat 1/2 of one. I wouldn't say it tastes bad, it just tastes like too much.

Paper thin tortillas and leftover rotisserie chicken in a disgusting puddle of cheese. These had the potential to be amazing but the cheese overkill was ridiculous and off-putting. I might still eat the other half after I distribute it more sanely into better tortillas. Way too much cheese. It was gross. I do not recommend UNLESS you take the 3 tortillas and redistribute the filling into maybe 6-8. Then it might be a terrific bargain. But as is, yuck.
