First off, my family loves these enchiladas. We also love the red ones too. We've been buying them bi-weekly for a few months and I've even gone so far as to buy them, freeze them, and pull them out for an easy dinner. The last batch that I bought though, did not come in a foil tray. I had to go through and try to get these Monster enchiladas into a baking dish while keeping them together and not making a crazy mess. They were definitely not convenient this time around. I tried to call the club to find out if this is an ongoing thing or if they just ran out temporarily, but I was unable to because they're so short staffed. I've reached out to customer support and that's been a couple of days now. There is no doubt that these are five star enchiladas. For me, having to put them into a new baking dish will prevent me from buying them in the future.

I love the product, but now Sam's has changed the way it's packaged. It was packed in a plastic container, both bottom and lid, so now you can't heat it without taking it out of the packaging. Before it had an aluminum tray, so all you had to do was pop it in the oven to heat. Raising prices, and cheapening the product all over the store.

I like to cook, so I don't normally buy prepared foods. However, I took a chance on this, and I'm so glad I did. The enchiladas were flavorful, a little spicy, and stuffed full of chicken and sauce. It made a very attractive presentation with a little cilantro and tomatoes on top, and was so easy. I highly recommend them!

I purchased this item knowing it would be far from authentic enchiladas. I was still super disappointed. Soooo much cream and little flavor besides the hints green chile. This might be the whitest Mexican food I’ve ever eaten. Texture-wise not great either. If you’re looking for any semblance of Mexican food, steer clear of this meal.

I bought one on clearance and put it in the freezer for a few days. When I was ready to bake, I covered it in foil, baked at 375 for 1 hour then removed the foil and cooked another 15 minutes. It was really good!! My family enjoyed it! I paired it with cilantro lime rice. Very easy with minimum cleanup. Will buy again!

Except for the hatch chile flavor, this item is pretty bland and flavorless. Admittedly not a huge fan of chicken I did not like this product, though I was willing to try it. Did not finish it. Probably Ok if you like fairly bland chicken dishes. Sam’s, where are the fresh beef enchiladas? Even bean and cheese …

We love these, but the cooking instructions must be WAY off. Covered tightly with foil, in 30 minutes at 350, these are literally cold in the middle. Even only tented with foil, after 45 minutes at 350, they are not as hot as they need to be. I can't be the only one who has had this issue, can I?

I don't want my money back, just wanted to bring this to Sam's attention: Not to long after starting to eat it, I was cutting myself a piece on my plate to eat when I felt something strange and then noticed that I was trying to cut a piece of plastic with my fork. That's right, a piece of clear plastic which looks like one of the corners of a clear plastic bag. Attached are images. Did I eat the rest - of course I did but very carefully. If it were not for the plastic, I would have given this 4 stars.

These enchiladas are very good and ready to just toss in the oven when you don't feel like cooking. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the description states they are made fresh in store daily. My purchase on 3/14 displays a prep date of 3/11, but use by date of 3/15. I cooked on the date of delivery on 3/14, but was disappointed to know if I hadn't cooked right away (later in the week), it would been past the 'use by' date.
