Really good, but not my favorite. I prefer their red enchiladas over these...but my husband absolutely loves them (and likes them more than their red.) To me, it feels like it’s missing something.

I have been getting these enchiladas for a couple of months. I love the flavors. There is a creamy sauce and the chiles give it a bit of a bite. It is not too hot, though, just a bit.

The flavor is really good, but they used semi thick sliced chicken instead of shredded. It throws off the texture and gross. That’s the only reason why I’m giving it 2 stars.

Surprisingly good. I expected a more bland flavor, don't know why.. but these had nice flavor, not spicy hot or anything, just good use of salt and other herbs/spices. This will make thee entrees, very filled, lots of chicken, nice sauce.

Normally this dish is very good. A nice heat and serve when we don’t have much time. This time, not so much. The rotisserie chicken that was used was not cooked all the way. We could tell this because it was still pink. Which means that the bacteria that is normally in chicken was not killed off. After the first bite, both the wife and I noticed that it was horrible tasting and literally tasted like rotten meat. We threw it away immediately. And ordered pizza.

These were exceptionally good a few years ago. They are now horrible. There’s barely any sauce and what is there is tasteless and too thick. The chicken is small pieces of diced unflavored chicken. It doesn’t taste, look or have same mouth feel as before. There is no hint of hatch chilies. No Mexican or Tex-Mex flavors whatsoever. I don’t understand why you keep messing with good products, except to pay less for production and make more money for inferior products. Dry and tasteless. When are you going to return to caring about the products you sell instead of just making money? Until you do, I refuse to purchase this product and others with similar problems from you and other companies.

Big fan of hatch chili. This is not hatch chili. At best it’s pepper jack cheese melted. Very creamy also. We were really excited about this dish, but we were let down. Great concept if done right. Plus no excited they use old rotisserie chicken in it
