Normally this dish is very good. A nice heat and serve when we don’t have much time. This time, not so much. The rotisserie chicken that was used was not cooked all the way. We could tell this because it was still pink. Which means that the bacteria that is normally in chicken was not killed off. After the first bite, both the wife and I noticed that it was horrible tasting and literally tasted like rotten meat. We threw it away immediately. And ordered pizza.

It was okay, very meh. Something was off putting about the texture of the filling. I won’t buy this again.

Deliciousness. I've been hearing about Hatch Chiles from new Mexico, but won't be traveling any time soon thanks to COVID-19.

I thought it would be good but I was very disappointed with these. I hit bones and grizzle which kills it for me. I will not buy this again.

Tasty, nice little kick of heat. Sadly, didn't reheat well. Too much for the two of us to eat in one night, would be good for a family.

We used to love these enchiladas...but now they are way too spicy !!! If someone needs more heat, they can add it.
