Great flavor, some of the pre made food is just not you style? You wont have that problem. Nice flavor but not overly spicy. I bought one of the largest/heaviest containers there. Two days later I am washing out the empty pan. Just as good reheated as the first initial cook.

This was the second time purchasing this item. The first one we had was great as it used the rotisserie chicken; but the second one just used regular chicken pieces and it had no flavor (couldn't even taste any hatch chile). I also don't like that you have to move it to another pan in order to cook.

I should really give these 5+stars but i didn't in hopes that someone in a position to make a change does so.the flavor is there but three issues that I think are a very easy fix. 1. The chicken pieces are huge, they took the rotisserie chicken that did sell, and they just crabbed big chunks and put them in there.(answer pull the chicken apart and chop it up to bite size pieces and the non eat able pieces wouldn't accidental get in the meal) 2. The cooking instructions are on the bottom of the dish, and it doesn't always just peal off easy. Answer ( put the label with the price and cooking instructions on the top of the meal so you don’t have to turn it upside down to get the cooking instructions. The lid is on very well so they don't need that label to hold the lid on. 3. This isn't a real problem but when you take the clear lid off and cook the meal, it will not go back on the meal leftovers for easy storage. It would be nice if you could figure that out, although we usually eat the whole thing in one day anyway, but we have made two of them and there was leftovers that we had to put into Tupperware to store. If you fixed issue one it would be 5 stars, the other two are just nice to have. The flavor is there which is the most important.

I like to cook, so I don't normally buy prepared foods. However, I took a chance on this, and I'm so glad I did. The enchiladas were flavorful, a little spicy, and stuffed full of chicken and sauce. It made a very attractive presentation with a little cilantro and tomatoes on top, and was so easy. I highly recommend them!

We love these, but the cooking instructions must be WAY off. Covered tightly with foil, in 30 minutes at 350, these are literally cold in the middle. Even only tented with foil, after 45 minutes at 350, they are not as hot as they need to be. I can't be the only one who has had this issue, can I?

I would have given it 5 stars, but instead of using the aluminum pan, like they used to, they switched to plastic. I don't feel that cooking with plastic, in an oven, is a good idea. I've read a few studies which confirm this. So I have some of the aluminum pans saved from other entrees, which I use instead. Put one upside down, on top of the plastic container, and flip it. You can use another inverted aluminum pan on top of it rather than play with tin foil. I use 2, large paper clips to hold the "top" in place.

This is a yummy alternative to cooking for my family. When it has been a long day it is nice to have a tasty alternative. I do often wonder why Sam’s charges so much when they are using older rotisserie chicken that they charge $5 for fresh. They are using up chicken and adding tortillas, spices and cheese ( with packaging). I am not sure the upcharge of over $5 A POUND is necessary

Flavor and level of spice were great. It did stick to the bottom of the pan making it hard to cut through. I think the enchiladas would be better using corn tortillas or smaller flour tortillas to make it easier to portion out servings. Even do, I will probably buy this again.

Except for the hatch chile flavor, this item is pretty bland and flavorless. Admittedly not a huge fan of chicken I did not like this product, though I was willing to try it. Did not finish it. Probably Ok if you like fairly bland chicken dishes. Sam's, where are the fresh beef enchiladas? Even bean and cheese …

The sliced chicken inside is tough and rubbery, not a shredded chicken like I would have expected, making some bites inedible. We also found several chili stem parts (where the seeds attach at the top of a chili). It overall had good flavor, but after a while it was a miserable experience trying not to bite into something gross, hard, or inedible. I wish it was better executed because the sauce was great, and we were hoping for a quick, go-to dinner option. Maybe the red sauce version will be better if you can get past the rubber chicken.
