I purchased this item knowing it would be far from authentic enchiladas. I was still super disappointed. Soooo much cream and little flavor besides the hints green chile. This might be the whitest Mexican food I've ever eaten. Texture-wise not great either. If you're looking for any semblance of Mexican food, steer clear of this meal.

Perhaps we got lucky, but these were great! I was pleasantly surprised, but I also wasn't deluding myself into thinking I was getting authentic Mexican enchiladas. Great as they are, but even better when you spruce them up with fresh cilantro, Serrano, peppers, and green onions, perhaps a squirt of lime. We will definitely try them again!

We have purchased several trays of these enchiladas. They can be VERY good, but the taste and quality of the chicken varies on each tray. You can cook them in the black plastic tray they come in, however, it shrinks and then the lid no longer fits it for storage of leftovers.

These enchiladas are very good and ready to just toss in the oven when you don't feel like cooking. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the description states they are made fresh in store daily. My purchase on 3/14 displays a prep date of 3/11, but use by date of 3/15. I cooked on the date of delivery on 3/14, but was disappointed to know if I hadn't cooked right away (later in the week), it would been past the 'use by' date.

The taste was decent, the enchiladas were very wet, it’s says rotisserie chicken so we thought shredded chicken… Nope, chucks of chicken that had crunchy pieces. This being said most of sams club food is amazing and we are normally impressed. Just wanted to do this review so no one else waste money. My child who is not picky was gagging over this, myself included…threw away… hate wasting money!

I bought one on clearance and put it in the freezer for a few days. When I was ready to bake, I covered it in foil, baked at 375 for 1 hour then removed the foil and cooked another 15 minutes. It was really good!! My family enjoyed it! I paired it with cilantro lime rice. Very easy with minimum cleanup. Will buy again!

Can't get away with not reviewing these. They're a little spicy, but not too bad (husband and son say they can hardly taste the spice). What they definitely are is delicious and convenient. We get some every time we go to Sams and they're usually gone by the next morning.

I had this dish a few months ago and it was delicious. The chicken was shredded and tasty. In fact, I made a comment to my family about wondering if I could purchase the chicken in the club warehouse. I had it today and what a disappointment! The chicken was larger chunks and strips, obviously made from one of those precooked chicken strips packages. Many of the chunks were hard or grizzly . I wont buy again.

This is so delicious, so easy, and inexpensive - I would not attempt to try to replace this with homemade. We love the hatch chiles - just a little bite, but not too spicy. Like the manicotti, we have this frequently and it is always in the freezer. At least 4 big servings - the two of us have two meals with one dish.

Big fan of hatch chili. This is not hatch chili. At best it's pepper jack cheese melted. Very creamy also. We were really excited about this dish, but we were let down. Great concept if done right. Plus no excited they use old rotisserie chicken in it
