To anyone who might have read WindyCityGal's comment below, peanut oil IS a vegetable oil. So if your fryer says use only vegetable oil, go ahead get the peanut oil which has a higher smoke point than many other vegetable oils. (FYI- olive oil is technically a vegetable oil, but not good for deep frying so pass on that for your fryer.)

Great addition to any kitchen for deep frying foods and stir frying.

Works well for frying. Lasts a while.

I use this in conjunction with extra virgin olive oil. That helps a lot with lower cholesterol.
