Disappointed. The tuna looked and smelled good, but the consistency was subpar. I seared it as I usually do, but the tuna was not tender, rather was rubbery to the point that neither my wife nor I wanted to finish it.

Very good quality tuna for char rare preparation. Most pieces are around 8 ounces which is a potentially awkward size. If you can find 6 oz pieces they are better suited to adult diets.

Marinated and cooked on the grill. Excellent flavor. Just remember to never over cook them. Only takes about 4 to 5 mins both sides. Hard to find good seafood where we are.

Excellent ahi tuna steaks. We lightly cook high heat a little on each side, remove and eat it. Centers are still cold. Coat them first with sesame seeds. Use a hot iron skillet and they are fantastic.

My family absolutely loved finding the Yellowfin Ahi Tuna! My mom doesn’t even like tuna, but loved how we cooked these. We plan on re-buying this tuna many more times in the future!

Very tender and taste was great! I cooked them as the recipe calls for, 6 min each side seared in a cast iron with little seasoning salt and black pepper with a tiny bit of garlic powder. Very good. This fish is not to be cooked well done but more on the raw side. So if you are a texture type person you may not like it. I’m not so I loved it!

We buy this often and usually very good, especially for the price. However, last time we bought early February 2023 the steaks were soaked. They were slightly frozen when we bought and after thawing i set them on paper towel and after soaking thru 2 folded up I did again.. Steaks were more chewing because of it.. Price hasn't gone up much in past year so wondering if they are saturating with water to get the weight up. Would rather pay more per pound than have poor quality tuna steaks.
