Quick and easy meal. Wonderful grilled or fried with a little olive oil and seasoning.

Thick cut and very flavorful. I use Kinders’ Japanese BBQ rub for flavoring and sear on both sides.

Highly recommend making a light marinade and then griill, broil,pan sear. Very good flavor.
