Same day freshness and lean meat. Sam's Club ground beef improved from years ago. It's my go-to for a quick fix dinner.

Use thi Ground Beef for a lot of meals. It’s not just for burgers. Try meatballs, meat loaf, Salisbury steak, lasagna, stuffed peppers…you get the idea. It’s versatile and delicious.

I have been cooking for 40 years. Always have been on a quest to buy the best tasting ground beef. I was buying it from a small grocery store who sold extra lean for years. They stopped and so I tried some from Sam’s. It is even better and I am thoroughly pleased. It has been consistent for two years in Paducah! Don’t ever change it.

I buy this and use my LEM hamburger press to make patties for freezing. These are so much better than the frozen bagged patties!!! I was looking at Sam's online and noticed that the ad shows a package of the 90/10 ground beef and says priced per pound and the cost was **.** dollars... hmmmm very expensive , but when you go to the item it shows *.** dollars per pound, almost 8 times the actual cost. Someone goofed! lol

I have been buying ground meat from the Mt Nebo Sams Club ever since they opened, usually the leanest they offered. I had to settle for 88/12 this last time (July 2023). It was gummy and hard to work with and had no flavor in the burgers I made. The second time I tried breaking up the meat and sautéing with various spices and flavorings. Again I felt I was adding these flavorings to tasteless meat. I was advised to discard the rest of it by my family because they felt something wrong had occurred in processing. Now I am shy to buy anything processed in their meat department and have lost 30 dollars.

I had my husband pickup a package of this ground beef. Opened the package and smelled it and it smell so clean, not setting in a lot of blood. Made hamburgers and the smell of them cooking reminded me of the great beef I had growing up as a kid. Now, the taste was the best I have had in many, many years. It was a 90/10 beef and cooking it had just a minimum amount of fat, just enough to sear it and cook the meat. I do hope that where they get their ground meat from they keep them! My husband is still raving about a simple hamburger. Price per pound was also great. I have tried every store ground beef available and finally a good ground beef! Thx

We usually buy the 90/10 but this was all they had. It was extremely fatty and had an off taste to it. Will not buy this again. Even tried making a meatloaf but while mixing it had a lot of grease on my hands, it shrunk alot while cooking, and had an off taste. Would not recommend to anyone.

I have bought this 90/10 ground beef for many years and have always been happy with it until the last few times. They have started adding more fat. I thought it might be my imagination but I found an older packet in the freezer and it was as I remembered it with almost no oil left to drain after browning. Looking elsewhere.
