Great value for the price with great flavor in taste. This makes a few meals so we devide it put in a seal a meal freezer bag with name and date of 90% ground beef because we use different grades for different types of meals we cook so it works out to be a great savings for our family. Always fresh.

I always buy my ground beef at Sam's Club because the 90/10 is less than $3.00 a pound always. I love the way it cooks and leaves very little oil after cooking. I divide it into serving size in freezer bags so I don't have to thaw a whole package when I need it.

THIS HAMBURGER MEAT IS SO GOOD. IT COOKS GOOD AND TASTE GOOD. THIS IS THE ONLY HAMBURGER MEAT MY FAMILY WANTS. IF I DON'T BUY THE 90%/10% AND BUY SOMETHING ELSE MY (ALL) FAMILY KNOWS. THEY COMPLAIN BECAUSE IT DOES NOT TASTE FANTASTIC LIKE IT ALWAYS DOES. ANOTHER PLUS IS THE PRICE. SAM'S CLUB IS THE BEST! I APPRECIATE SAM'S CLUB PRICES. GREAT GREAT HAMBURGER.

Last bought a package of this a couple weeks ago. Looked OK but something has changed. Have been buying this for several years and it always cooked up nicely, with little fat, good flavor and texture. 5-star rating in the past. This last package cooked up with much more fat and had a chewy texture (less tender). Even after squeezing out the fat with paper towels, the burgers felt and tasted greasy. Maybe this package was just bad, so I'll give it one more try next visit to Sam's. If still bad, won't buy again.
