Ground beef pack was large enough to satisfy a crowd of 12 for tacos and rice! Enough leftovers for husband and I for next 3 days. Fine mince, no bone pieces and no fatty streaks. Will buy again and again!

I bought a pack of this ground beef 6.34 pounds after frying it up I had 4.125 pounds . Basic math says that’s 65/35 no where near 90/10. I will not purchase this product again because I’m not going to pay more to pour it in the garbage.

We've been buying this 90% Lean Ground Beef for several years now. It is almost always the best price in our area and the quality is excellent. Thanks Sams Club!

Truth in advertising, beware. The big store sign, and the big label on the package, say the 90/10 ground beef is 10% fat. The small, detailed label says it's 17% fat.

The burger used to have great flavor and didn't shrink hardly at all when making hamburgers. Something is off now. Hardly any flavor and meat shrinks! Also, I divide it into 1 lb. packages for the freezer and noticed the weight was not accurate and I am getting shorted anywhere from 4 to 6 oz. So they are weighing the meat AFTER it has been packaged!! So when you are paying almost $6.00 a pound and getting ripped off $1.50 per package x how many people? Sam's seems to be doing this a lot lately. I won't be renewing my membership. They are selling outdated food, lying about weights on meat and prices have skyrocket at this store!!

This is a great product for meatloaf, meatballs, tacos, and sloppy joes, BUT NOT good for burgers on the grill. Please bring back old-fashioned ground chuck (80-20) in 3 pound packages!!! Makes me wonder if you ever ask real customers that cook daily...for their opinions. I don't think so.

I always buy my ground beef at Sam's Club because the 90/10 is less than $3.00 a pound always. I love the way it cooks and leaves very little oil after cooking. I divide it into serving size in freezer bags so I don't have to thaw a whole package when I need it.

THIS HAMBURGER MEAT IS SO GOOD. IT COOKS GOOD AND TASTE GOOD. THIS IS THE ONLY HAMBURGER MEAT MY FAMILY WANTS. IF I DON'T BUY THE 90%/10% AND BUY SOMETHING ELSE MY (ALL) FAMILY KNOWS. THEY COMPLAIN BECAUSE IT DOES NOT TASTE FANTASTIC LIKE IT ALWAYS DOES. ANOTHER PLUS IS THE PRICE. SAM'S CLUB IS THE BEST! I APPRECIATE SAM'S CLUB PRICES. GREAT GREAT HAMBURGER.

It is very hard to find hamburger meat with any flavor and this is not the exception. It is however as good or better as what I have purchased other places including a local meat market. I divide and freeze usually using it in casseroles or in spaghetti sauce. I often add a pound of sausage to 1 1/2 pounds Hamburger. I brown it together and if I don't need it all, I will freeze a bag to use another time. The sausage adds some flavor.

DUDE (or Dudette) Check out the PRICE! Excellent value when compared to my supermarkets in my area! 90%lean! Great in spaghetti sauces and hamburg helper meals and hambug recipies. It takes added ingredients for meatloaf or hamburgers to hold together. But lean means less FAT! Aside from ordering from a cattle rancher, this is the best value I could find! And with three growing kids at home... well you get it, I am sure.
