motor not working

Get the couch instead.

I bought 2 of these on August 8th and 1 is already not working. In the reclined position. Will be returning both this weekend.

Not real leather! Noisy!

I got my recliner and like the features but don't like that's it not real leather and is bonded leather. Bonded leather will not last and can peel. Also makes noises when operating. The material is rubbing against each other when reclining position.

Sqeek really bad! Need to return them.

I bought two of these recliners3 months ago. They squeek so much I need to return them. One has been used once a day since purchased and the other only one month. I want to get sams club to pick them up do I can return them.

Rocker Mechanism breaks

Rocker mechanism broke within a few months. it rocks but makes a ghastly clicking noise and metal dust shows up under rocker. it will stain your carpet. When broken it will rock if you don't move much. Recliner part works fine.

one drawback, does not rock

I have had this chair for almost a year, I love it, only thing I would change is that I would get it with a rocker if it was available. Nonetheless I have just ordered another one for my wife so I must like it a lot.

Serta Home Theater Recliner

I bought 7 to replace two sofas and a recliner in my family room. They are perfect replacements. They look and function as advertised. They were shipped by FedEx and two boxes were damaged. The good news was there was no damage to the recliners

If your box is damaged don't accept it!!

Box came with gapping hole! Chair had a gapping hole! Sent back, I should not have excepted it from Fed Ex! I'm guessing its a nice recliner but I never assembled it so I cant recommend it!
