This chair is a fantastic price and it seems study. The only complaint we have is the cup holders are completely missing. The only thing in its place is some flimsy mesh material. Very disappointing.

Bought 2, both boxes were damaged and beat up, but only one chair had a tear. As I am a disabled senior and paid someone to bring them in and unbox them, I certainly can't get them returned. Disappointed because they are nice chairs.

Seat back is held together with 2 1/2" x 1/2" plywood. If you lay back and enjoy a movie you will snap the back of the chair Wow who designs this crap

Bought this chair, plugged it up and did not work. They sent replacement after 2 weeks. It came today, they left it in the street, 70 feet from my house and it weighs over 150 lbs and it is in the rain.

It came on time, and was easy to put together. However, the faux leather from the seat back squeaks when it rubs against the seat cushion faux leather when you are reclining the chair. Minor issue, though.

I bought two of these on Saturday and they were delivered at our door on Tuesday! Very easy set-up. I got the brown. Built in plugs and 3 USB ports!!! Very comfortable!

This chair is so comfortable. I bought it for my Fiance as a Christmas gift so that he could relax after work. It seems to be my favorite nap chair now.

I bought the chair October 28,2022 ,delivered on November 4,2022...and today is Jan.16,2023 was reclined and back broke and fell backwards. I thought Serta was a good brand!

The chair is not comfortable and the amount of noise it makes while operating the reclining mechanism is horrible. The chair takes way to long to complete the reclining process. I'm going to be returning it.

Chair WILL NOT WORK MANUALLY! You must plug it in to work. You cannot open it or close without power. They DO NOT WARN YOU OF THIS BEFORE PURCHASING. VERY DECEPTIVE. SO, YOU MUST PLACE THE CHAIR NEAR AN OUTLET OR SEE UNSIGHTLY CORD ACROSS TGE ROOM.
