For someone with a runny nose over half of the year, it is great to finally have a tissue that does not kill my nose after a pack. With all my sneezing and sniffling I thought I would never catch a break with the pain under my nose. I have used Puffs for years and was thrilled when the Puffs Plus came out. It saves me from having a red and peeling nose each time I have a cold. I have been thinking of this for a while and decided to write. I will continue to buy Puffs Plus because it IS the best product around. However, I am disappointed when the box size changed from 200 to 124 and the price isn't really different. The consumer on a whole is not stupid. I realize in the times we live in that concession must be made but really? Changing that much of size? There is my two cents worth. I love Puffs Plus, I recommend them to my friends and family and will continue to buy them. Omalane

When you or your little ones, even your spouse, sneeze and sneeze and rub their nose raw with a non-lotion tissue - remember, you should have used PUFFs tissues from the start. They will be a blessing to the sore skin and you saying "G-d Bless You" on top of that - is 2 Blessings!

I'm a long time and faithful Puffs Lotion facial tissue user. However in the last 6 months or so, the facial tissues don't seem to have as much lotion in them because my face/nose because red and painfully irritated when I use them. Please add more lotion back in.

I wear glasses and sometimes, I would forget the tissue had lotion and use it to clean my glasses and it would smear them all up.

I absolutely LOVE Puffs Tissues with Lotion. At one time you also had the prettiest boxes but now your box designs are flat and dull and boring. Last night I saw your Christmas design which while traditionally nice are also flat and boring. I wish you would have come out with more festive boxes like Kleenex does. And during the rest of the year I wish your boxes were less monochromatic.

Puffs with Lotion. Used to be the only good part of having a cold, but that's all changed now, isn't it. You used to be able to actually FEEL the Lotion in Puffs wi Lotion, but no more. They're simply dry tissues and do NOTHING to soothe a sore nose.

My family has used Puffs plus Lotion for many, many years and until recently would not have even have considered any other brand. However, like many of your other reviewers we have recently noticed a significant decline in quality. They remind me of the generic tissues that are frequently found in hotel rooms. I am also extremely unhappy with the new box designs. Some of them can only be described as UGLY! (A few months ago you had a hummingbird box design that I thought was great.) As I said we have never considered any other brand but we are ready to do so now.

I have used Puffs Plus Lotion for years. I love these tissues. However, I must say the current design colors are quite ugly. Can't you go back to a prettier styled box - or at least have a couple pretty ones as an option to choose from. I think the current color choices for the rectangle size box are so awful, it makes me look around to consider purchasing other tissues.
