I have been using Puffs w/lotion since it first came on the market. With year-round nasal allergies, as well as chronic sinus problems, I was more than ready for this product. Unfortunately, I have been disturbed to find on more than one ocassion that the lotion hasn't made it onto all the tissues in the box, and I am thus subjected to the roughness I was hoping I'd finally been done with. If the lotion covers all the tissues in the box, however, you won't find a more nose-friendly tissue!

I have always bought Puffs plus with lotion because it had enough lotion to keep my nose from getting irritated. My allergies are extremely bad this year and I have noticed that there is not as much lotion on them like there used to be. My nose is just as red as it used to be using the plain tissues. I can not feel any lotion in these tissues anymore. I am very disappointed. This product should have never been changed.

Management I hope that you read these reviews because it is apparent to me there are many people who are as disappointed as I am. What has happened to my "used to be" favorite tissue??? I know that manufacturers are trying to continue making money so are decreasing size but you've gone just a bit too far. You've not only gone small, in some cases bigger is better, you have taken out the lotion. I would rather spend more for the same product. So I will be buying the store brand from now on. If I am not getting quality at the same cost I will buy cheaper to save myself some money. GOOD BYE PUFFS I REALLY DO MISS THE OLD PUFFS

I really like these tissues. I am someone who always has an allergy problem so I always have to carry around tissues. These tissues are soft and gentle on my nose. I have purchased a 3 pack of puffs plus with lotion. I have always used this brand and love it... But this last pack i have bought is like sandpaper. I am on my second box of sandpaper. I think you need to look and see where the lotion went for its not in the boxes i have.. thank you and i hope to hear from someone soon........

Very thin not good if you have a cold. Moisture gets on you fingers which just does not stop a cold virus from spreading and you use more. This product does not feel very soft or that lotion is even on it. I get saving money but you dont charge more for less. Very disappointed.

I received this product via influenster in the pocket size version. Since I am a leaky faucet, be it allergies or the cold I am always in need of tissue. This tissue is soft yet durable and without sounding too gross, you can actually blow your nose more than once without it falling apart. My nose thanks you!!!

I've been using Puff's with Lotion ever since they came out years ago. I've had problems the last year or so when I purchase the large multi-pack of regular sized boxes. At least 1/3 of the tissues are scatchy and rough. I finally figured out that the 2-ply tissues had the soft side inside and the rough side on the outside. It's very annoying to have to pull the tissues apart and put them back together to get the softness I want. Please check the production lines and find out where these are coming from and fix the problem. This is the best tissue around, when it's not inside out!!

Not sure what happened to the puffs with lotion but the quality has definitely declined in the last year. Errors in each sheet in a package of 4 cubes. Not as soft as in previous boxes. Customer since 2014. Suggest changing and combining puffs ultra soft with lotion. That would be soothing, soft and strong.

The ONLY thing I must remember is to not grab one of these tissues to clean my glasses - otherwise - any facial / nose use - Puffs plus with lotion is a must - - not sure that I prefer the shea butter over the aloe - ...AND they don't feel nearly as "lotioned" as they did when they started ... size is smaller also ... Still won't use anything else when I need a tissue. Would have given 5 star rating if the original formula and size was still what I could get.
