i used puffs plus lotion for years...this flu season so far had been just awful, so i went and bought several boxes for my family....WHAT HAPPENED? they are just AWFUL, rough, scratchy and absolutely NO lotion. what a rip off and huge disappointment....puff used to be my go to, not anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Puffs plus lotion is honestly heaven sent. This time of year my entire family suffers from allergies. I love being able to reach over and use Puffs plus lotion because after having to blow your nose constantly they feel so incredibly soft. Lets face it allergies are horrible but using these protects my nose from irritation. Love it.

I could do a commercial for puffs plus. I won't use any other brand. Every time I find a product that I like, they either change or discontinue it. I would buy the boxes of puff plus that matched the room I was putting them in, and now I can't get the color I want anymore. They stopped making purple and now you have to buy them in packs of 3's, which are not the colors that I want. However I'm not changing to another brand cause they are the best tissues!

I have very sensitive skin so using the old stand by TP is not good, and neither are other brands. I find that with most tissues they make my nose even sorer, but never Puffs. I am currently in the grips of a horrible cold and I went to purchase Puff's with Lotion and it doesn't hurt to blow my nose. Thank you! It would be nice though if you would go back to the perfume scented Puff's of yesteryear. They used to smell so good....

I purchase the shrink wraped 3 pack of Puff Plus and usally buy 4/3packs at a time. I currently have 24 boxes on my shelf. The last 3 boxes have been unusually harsh and don't resemble Puff Plus's normal softness. I use them to remove makeup as well as for my nose, so I notice the roughness. The box I opened last evening came apart from 2 ply to 1 ply. I just opened a box here in the office and it is fine. What is going on?

I have been using Puffs Plus with Lotion for nearly 20 years, since I left home for college. Wiyh a family of my own, I buy the 4 pks. This latest pack has very rough tissues. I do not like them AT ALL! I was hoping this was just a fluke, but after reading some other reviews, I fear it's not. Whatever changes you have made, please go back to the way it was before I have to find a new brand of tissue!

I have been using Puffs Plus for over 30 years not only as a nasal tissue, but also to remove makeup. I recently opened a new package and immediately felt that the tissues are now thinner. While removing my makeup, I put my finger right through the tissue. Now, Puffs are no better than other brands when it had been a far superior product. Why would you ruin your product this way?

I don't know if they changed the tissues or what, but the puffs plus lotion box I just purchased as a 3 pack is not as soft as they used to be. My nose is killing me and the tissues are not helping because of how hard and rough this box of tissues feels.

We have purchased Puffs Plus Lotion for years even though they are more expensive. The last bundle I purchased, the tissues are much thinner than previously. While I'm sure this is a cost cutting measure, the thickness and softness is why people buy them. You've completely lost your competitive advantage. There is no reason to spend the money for these tissues. I'm so disappointed.

It looks like the same thing happened to quite a few consumers who are willing to tell their story. I bought an 8 pack of Puffs Plus, as cold season is here (again) and my family used to rely on Puffs Plus to deliver us from the chapped nose syndrom. Boy were we disappointed in the latest round of Puffs Plus!!! Where is the lotion? Where is the soft comfort we have come to love? I have been using them constantly for about a day and a half and my nose is so raw, I can hardly bare to touch it. On the flip side, I used a different popular brand at my sister's house tonight and guess what...it was SO SOFT! P&G I sincerely hope you take action before you lose all of your Puffs Plus customers. I'm thinking about burning the rest of what I have, as they truly are not fit for use. So disappointed in the quality.
