[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These tissues are soft, thick and absorbent. I don't normally buy tissues with lotion in them, but I would buy these during the winter when my nose/skin is extra sensitive and dry. I would also buy them if I was sick and repeatedly blowing my nose to try to prevent my skin from getting really irritated.

We've been loyal Puffs users for years. We used to leave the boxes out uncovered on the counters because of their attractive designs. For the last couple of years the box "swatches" have gone way down hill. We thought perhaps our local store got a special price break on the "ugly" designs until I got into your web site & saw that those were the only ones available. We also feel the quality has gone downhill, making Puffs a poor value compared to its competition. We have an old mini pack of Ultra Soft & Strong & compared it directly to tissues from a new box & we could tell the difference in textures. Unfortunately, we'll be trying Kleenex brand next time.

I have been a customer for many years and have been satisfied until the past several months. It appears that quality is taking a back seat. The size of tissue varies widely some being too narrow to use. Tissues are often, say ten to fifteen in a box, not usable because they have been destroyed in the packaging process either folded improperly or single ply. I would like to remain a customer but I would like to see the quality return to what it used to be. Please return to a high quality supplier.

Puffs Lotion used to be so soft and you could feel the lotion when you used them. I recently purchased some boxes because I have a cold. After I used the first few at the top of the box, the rest of the tissues are so rough that they are more like generic regular tissues. In fact, they are more rough than a competitor's regular brand. This was so disappointing especially because I bought them specifically for the lotion aspect. The roughness is visible on the surface of the tissues themselves. I have seen other reviews that reflect this issue and I highly encourage you to check the quality of your manufacturing. You are not producing what the box or the company is advertising. I won't be buying this brand again. My nose is in too great a need to use tissues that are manufactured to feel like sandpaper.

I LUV this product! It didnt irritate my sensitive skin or create the raw burning peeling skin ive gotten from lesser products.

I have used Puffs with lotion for many years. I appreciate how they don't irritate my nose like regular tissues. But I am disappointed at the new ugly designs on the boxes. They are so ugly that I kept one of the previous Puffs boxes that had the pretty butterfly design on it and I keep refilling it. But it will eventually wear out, so I hope you can come up with some prettier boxes soon.

Seems pretty obvious that the changes to Puffs Plus Lotion are very unwelcome from a loyal customer base. You have several reviews where customers state they would pay more for the old product. That's a no brainier. I too bought nothing but Puffs Plus Lotion...no matter what the cost because the product was superior to anything else out there. Take a lesson from the NEW Coke...bring back the old formula. PLEASE! And publicize it or you will lose all these customers.

I got these in my Influenster Jolly Voxbox this month. I love all Puff's products. These are great because they have a touch of soothing lotion that soothes your nose if you have been blowing it a lot due to a cold or flu or even allergies which everyone in my house has. They don't leave your nose feeling greasy or anything. They are also very strong and don't rip easily when used. I'd recommend to everyone. Thanks

I love your Puff Plus tissues. This box was very disappointing..same price yet the tissues inside the box were about an inch shorter than the box..umm AND when I reached the bottom of the box, the last 10 tissues did not have lotion, they were like sandpaper. Here is the # on the box 3700007545. Thought someone should know. Please don't "jazz up" the box, save money on packaging then pass the savings on to me. I appreciate a quality product, that is why I was surprized to be unhappy with this box. Thank you.

I have used these tissues my entire adult life and regularly bought 20 boxes at a time. I have noticed for quite a while that the first few tissues I pull out of the box rip no matter how gently I pull them. I just found an old box and saw that it was noticeably larger than the newer boxes. Please know that this change is noticed and is not for the better.
