I choose this product over and over again because I love the lotion in it. For someone with allergies, I use them often. My one complaint is that they are not as soft as they used to be. It’s been a long time since they changed, but I never knew how to let the company know until now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do like this product for its intended purpose. However, as a glasses wearer, I often need to use tissues to clean off my glasses. This tissue doesn't leave a lot of particles behind but it does leave a bit of a film. It's not a big deal but it really is the only downside.

Puffs plus lotion is the only tissues we buy in my house. My son has asthma and allergies, so especially when. The weather is changing he gets a runny nose. With puffs plus lotion he doesn't get a rash under his nose no matter how many times he has to blow his nose, unlike some of the other tissue brands. We love puffs plus lotion!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I go through a lot of tissues and I used to buy whatever was on sale. It's hard to buy other tissues now that I know how soft these are. My nose doesn't get as irritated as it did with other tissues.

I agree with Ozzie from WI - and others, who want Puffs boxes to go with the color schemes of their homes. Stripes, multi-colors just DON'T. Some other recent designs have been just great - but now, I can't find those either! I don't want "multi-box" packaging which requires taking colors I don't like - I want to choose colors for my home. I have used Puffs Plus Lotion for years and years - I have severe dry eye, plus periodic sinus issues, and Puffs are wonderfully helpful on both - and I have "adjusted" to your box design "changes" again and again - all of which must be due to being hard-pressed just to "change" things, not to satisfy long-term customers. I have had no success whatsoever in trying to contact someone in your company who has sway in this area of marketing - does anyone ever ANSWER these complaints???

I suffer from allergies virtually year round and have sworn by Puffs Plus for years. Over time, I've noticed that the tissues are not as soft or soothing as they once were. I am a brand shopper and do not mind paying more for a product that I like and believe in. Please go back to the original formula that sold me on the product originally.

I have at least 3 boxes of puffs open in my house at a time. We have allergies and they have always been so soft a soothing on our noses. I've noticed that they aren't soft anymore. They have that bargain rough feel to them and sometimes I wonder if they have lotion in them anymore. Sorry that the quality has gone down so much. I will be shopping for softer brand. My 10year old came home from school and said someone else brought in a box that was very soft and it wasn't Puffs. I will find out which brand that was a switch.

My mom instilled in me "puffs plus lotion" for years. Only once did I make the frugal mistake of trying something else. I then see these new "simplified" options and bought multiple packages of puffs lotion. I don't feel the lotion and I don't feel the strength. Please give us the old formula back, switch your sources of trees or combine your strong tissues with more lotion. Allergy season and winter depend on it. If not my house and office and future kids will switch from puffs.

The idea of lotion tissues is still great, which is why I gave 2 stars. Over the past several years, I have noticed a drastic decrease in the quality of these tissues. When the product first came out, they were wonderful! Such a relief for someone who goes through many boxes during a bad cold, which is a couple of times a year. Sore, red nose was typical but not so much with the amazing tissues with lotion! There has been a noticeable decrease in the lotion and the effectiveness of these tissues. I have continued to purchase the Puffs Plus with Lotion but it's gotten so bad, I do not think it's worth purchasing any longer. There is not a big difference now. I would happily pay more to keep the quality of a product rather than a company take away from the quality to save money. It would be great if the company would reevaluate their product and take it back to the original formula!!!

Your Puffs Plus used to be a quality product but has declined significantly. They are no longer strong and they do not have the lotion distributed evenly. Also, they have white flakes that fall out when you shake them. I have been a loyal, long time user but am moving over to Kleenex this week.
