I have at least 3 boxes of puffs open in my house at a time. We have allergies and they have always been so soft a soothing on our noses. I've noticed that they aren't soft anymore. They have that bargain rough feel to them and sometimes I wonder if they have lotion in them anymore. Sorry that the quality has gone down so much. I will be shopping for softer brand. My 10year old came home from school and said someone else brought in a box that was very soft and it wasn't Puffs. I will find out which brand that was a switch.

I am a die hard user of Puffs Plus Tissues. I buy them by the 3-pack. I prefer them over any other brand of tissue on the market. Nothing can compare to Puffs Plus w/lotion. I have sinus problems, year round allergies and asthma and therefore i blow my nose a lot. As long as I've been using Puffs Plus w/lotion my nose has never gotten sore or irritated because they're so soothing. My sister says I should have the manufacturer deliver them to my house by the case because I use them so much.

I like this brand because of the softness. Downside, it is waterproof. When I had a runny nose, i would blow it into a puffs tissue and the snaught leaked down my mouth and onto my shirt. It was gross and funny at the same time. The Puffs did not absorb my snaught. Sometimes the Puffs would be closer than papertowels so I want to clean up moisture from the table. The Puffs only glides the moisture across the table. I would use Puffs thinking I can clean my glasses or my tablet. It would smear grease and make things worse than before.

We were introduced to Puffs Plus with Lotion after having our first child. What a nose saver! That was 13 years ago. Over the last 6 months, almost every box of Puffs Plus with Lotion we have gotten has "hard" tissues in it! My 10-year-old daughter commented, "Mom, why are you buying different tissues?" We spend a little more money for the Puffs Plus with Lotion, but unless I see some improvement, we will look for another "nose saver".

Your Puffs Plus used to be a quality product but has declined significantly. They are no longer strong and they do not have the lotion distributed evenly. Also, they have white flakes that fall out when you shake them. I have been a loyal, long time user but am moving over to Kleenex this week.

I have been relying on this product for years, it is definitely less abrasive than other brand. I will pay more and make a special trip if only am out of these tissues, my only complaint is that they don't have as much lotion as they did when they first came out.

I just wanted to say that these tissues are my very favourite of all time! They may cost a little more than the average tissue, but it's worth it to me. They are so much softer and durable than the average tissue. I used to only use the lotion tissues when I had a cold and they would prevent my nose from getting raw and red. Now I use them every day; since I suffer from seasonal allergies there are some days when I blow my nose frequently. These tissues keep the delicate skin around my nose in good shape. Thanks for such a great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a great product especially for the little nose I have running aroung. With it getting cold outside I have him blowing his nose alot. It's nice to have a product that will put some moisture back on his little red nose instead of getting more red and becoming irritated and dry.

The idea of lotion tissues is still great, which is why I gave 2 stars. Over the past several years, I have noticed a drastic decrease in the quality of these tissues. When the product first came out, they were wonderful! Such a relief for someone who goes through many boxes during a bad cold, which is a couple of times a year. Sore, red nose was typical but not so much with the amazing tissues with lotion! There has been a noticeable decrease in the lotion and the effectiveness of these tissues. I have continued to purchase the Puffs Plus with Lotion but it's gotten so bad, I do not think it's worth purchasing any longer. There is not a big difference now. I would happily pay more to keep the quality of a product rather than a company take away from the quality to save money. It would be great if the company would reevaluate their product and take it back to the original formula!!!

I used to use puffs plus lotion until today. I had my boyfriend buy me a three pack because I have the flu. These puffs are not the soft puffs with lotion I remember. They have the consistency of cheap toilet paper you would use in a public restroom. The lotion is absent and they no longer sooth the skin. My poor nose is raw after 1 box, due to it being to late to go get something else I was stuck using this product and It felt terrible. :(
