I have noticed that the texture as well as the feel of the tissues have changed. They feel dry. They have always felt moist to me and to my nose. I buy them so my nose does not get chapped. Let me tell you I have a chapped nose from using puff plus with lotion. I am beyond upset that after blowing I have to use vaseline to help my nose. Why did you change the formula?

I normally buy Kleenex brand tissues, but our local BJ’s did not have them, so I thought I’d try the Puffs Plus Lotion tissues in the large pack. These tissues are so rough on my face and nose, I will never buy them again. The Kleenex brand I buy doesn’t have lotion In them and are much softer than the Puffs.

I have bought Puffs + Lotions for many years, the past few years I noticed the size of the sheets were shorter in the same size box, then last year the box changed and is smaller and still the sheets are shorter. Then their is the softness, their was like no lotion in the last several boxes I bought, I use them a lot due to sinus and allergy problems. I WANT MY OLD PUFFS BACK, MY NOSE IS SO SORE!!!!!!!

We use about 15 boxes a month because my husband has a sinus issue, but we got a box this month that had tissues as hard as the box. Very odd.Not normal.I looked all over the box and don't see any kind of serial number or product number so I can inform you what Lot it came from. It's so odd feeling.

I buy the large three-pack boxes -- for at least seven or eight years. I have severe allergies, so I use a lot. Love the product, but have you ever thought of doing the boxes in solid colors? Like navy or burgundy solid or with, perhaps, a white stripe, for example. All the ones that I have seen are green or brown designs that don't go with any of my furniture. I'll keep using this product but would love to see other colors for the boxes.

I like the puffs plus lotion because they are heavy duty and are also very moisturizing. My daughter can wipe her nose as many times as she wants and there's no chafing or redness

When I have a cold or suffer from allergies, there is no other tissue that even comes close to Puff's Plus. It keeps me from getting a burn mustache from blowing my nose so often. It is also strong as well as soft, could not ask for a better tissue.

I purchased a half-dozen boxes of the 124-2 ply tissues (37000-393467) and the darn things come out 1 tissue at a time, they aren't self-feeding, which is a real pain in the hiney when it gets close to the bottom. When I started on my 2nd box, they were the same. If this is the production 'norm' now, I'm no longer buying Puffs.

I have bought Puffs Plus Lotion for years and have always liked the product. Recently they have made changes and it seems as though there is no lotion in the tissues. I currently have a cold and my nose is getting sore. This did not happen before and the quality of the tissue used to be softer. I will be switching to a different brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very soft and durable. Keeps your nose and area around it from getting chafed or dry at all. Usually from most tissue with excessive use you get at least a little dryness or discomfort, but not with Puffs plus lotion.
