We've been buying puffs with lotion for the past decade for our family. Puffs with lotion USED TO BE luxuriously soft, soothing and strong.But now due to recent changes, they are poor in quality, feel rough and tend to fall apart. The new tissues are thin compared to the thick silky texture they were before. They chaff the nose area and a horrible lint falls off the tissue and goes up the nose.

I'm writing to PG in regard to your product: Puffs with Lotion. I have always purchased this item because the tissues were so soft. Now I have found the tissues to be ruff and also have a strange odor similar to Lysol or disinfectant. They have caused skin irritation and seem to have a different thickness. Disappointed in the product and will not be purchasing again

What's not to love? It's the softest, strongest tissue on the market. So soft I don't get that nasty chapped upper lip with a bad cold, so strong it doesn't shred in the washer. I don't understand why you don't use the fact it doesn't shred in the washer as part of your marketing. As soon as I tell people that, I convert them to puffs users.

I have always refused to use anything but Puffs plus lotion anytime I got sick. This year there seems to be a change in the quality of these tissues. They don't feel nearly as soft as they used to and my nose actually got chapped this time. I kept re-reading the box to make sure it said "with lotion" because I could not believe the were the same tissue. Please bring back the original formula. If the quality does not change back, I may as well just buy the cheapest tissue I can get and not waste my time paying more for non-existent lotion.

I have exclusively bought Puffs Plus With Lotion for years. It was a great product and the only tissue we used. About 2 months ago, we noticed that the tissues were extremely rough-feeling. No softness at all. I thought that it was a production error, where the factory produced a generic tissue and somehow they were packaged in Puffs With Lotion boxes. But every pack that I buy now is the same low quality. They feel like sandpaper. I guess we have to find a different tissue because these are unacceptable.

I have been using Plus Lotion for a while now, and Ultra-Soft a little. Plus Lotion more because it's better for my nose. But it just doesn't feel as nice as Ultra-Soft. I think you should make Ultra Soft Plus Lotion. Honestly, I don't understand why you haven't released this yet! Just make us pay a little more. During winter, you could be raking in money. This is nothing to sneeze at.

I too have been a Puffs Plus user for years. I will buy no other. However, for the last few months they have really rough and very dry. I had to check to make sure I didn't pick up an off brand. This really disappoints me, especially since I am not the only one to complain about this. Puff Plus cost more and I don't mind paying more IF I am getting what I want. Someone needs to do something but quick. If not, alot of customers will be lost.

I remember having the flu in years past and getting a box of Puffs with lotion. It actually soothed your nose when you used a tissue. I used this product for one day and I literally have a scab on my nose from it being rubbed raw. This is definitely not the product I remember and I really don't think there is ANY lotion in the tissues at all. Wasted money in my opinion and I will NOT buy this product again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Soft and soothing tissue - good when you have to blow your nose a lot. However, don't try to clean your glasses with it. It will smear and cloud the lens. I would buy this to keep on hand for when someone has a cold.

I love these for allergy season. They are perfect for my little daughter's sensitive nose. Especially after she has blown her nose for the umpteenth time. They are perfect for drying tears from all of the little bumps and bruises she gets. I recieved this product complimentary from @Influenster for testing purposes. #Passthepuffs
