Just received the Puffs Lotion to go size from Influenster in my #jollyvoxbox. I have been a fan of Puffs for a long time and love their lotion tissues. It is such a soothing product when your nose is sore from winter colds. Thanks Puffs for a great product!

I was always a Puffs customer, but I will never buy a box of Puffs again. The quality of the products is so poor now, it’s shameful. I happened to have an older box of Puffs with Lotion set aside, and it’s like a night and day difference in quality — as in, the newer box has zero quality. Last time I waste my money.

I recently received this product in the "to go" version to try from Puffs and @Influenster. When you have a 3.5 year old running around, you always need to be able to #passthePuffs . It comes in handy to be able to carry in my purse, and the lotion helps make it easier on tiny noses. Thanks Puffs!

I have been loyal Puffs user ever since the lotion was added. I could always rely on it to sooth my achy nose. I recently purchased my typically stock and was excited to open them...well I thought I was crazy they weren't soft at all! I started thinking it was me. I'm glad to know there others who realized the lotion has apparent and the tissues are rough. if that's the case, I'll save my extra buck and buy the cheaper brand!

I'm a tissue snob, only buying Puffs Plus but recently there has been a change. The tissues are not as strong and do not feel like they have lotion in them. They are super thin, and come out of the box in two or three sheets. They are now rough and scratchy. I've only used these for years and years but will be looking for a different alternative with lotion in the tissue for my nose. Very disappointed in the change

cheapest generic tissues you could buy. potential cheap product disguised as Puffs. Unfortunately the manufacturer has changed the product and now it feels like a generic tissue.Definitely not worth the price. Next time I am getting the Kleenex brand and see if it is any better.

There use to be a day when Puffs was the only product you'd shop for when you had a sore nose from a cold. I just opened a box of Puffs Plus Lotion and it's absurd the tissues are scratchy and the lotion is subtle at best. Side by side Charmin Toilet paper is softer. oh well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My nose felt great after using this product. There are other brands out there and they've made my nose feel like I was using sandpaper. This product however made it feel like I was using something soft and delicate!

Whatever scent you've added to these tissues is simply awful. It smells like someone spilled a bottle of cleaner on them. The packaging says nothing of the scent so I was very confused until I found other reviews saying the same thing. I won't be buying these again.

These used to be great! Loved them - so soft, gentle and with a luxurious feel. But in the past year, in a misguided attempt to save money I suppose, P&G changed them. They are now more like tissue paper. Not nearly as soft. Going to try other brands with lotion and see if I can get a superior quality. So what changed? And can you change it back?
