I used to love this product. With year-round allergies, I need a soft tissue. Recently, however, I have noticed that this product has gone from very good to inferior. With the last several boxes, I get down to the bottom fourth of the box, and suddenly the tissues are more like sandpaper. The weave isn't even the same. Looks like I'm going to have to go back to Kleenex.

I am long time user of Puffs Plus with Lotion. They used to be awesome and a treat for my nose when I am sick, now, the lotion is no where in to be found. Please remove the "with lotion" from your packaging it is very misleading. They still have the same strength, just not the same lotion. I am headed to the store now to see what Kleenex has to offer. Bring back the old puffs plus w/ lotion.

We've been buying puffs with lotion for the past decade for our family. Puffs with lotion USED TO BE luxuriously soft, soothing and strong.But now due to recent changes, they are poor in quality, feel rough and tend to fall apart. The new tissues are thin compared to the thick silky texture they were before. They chaff the nose area and a horrible lint falls off the tissue and goes up the nose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a good product though you want to make sure that you carry either a lens cloth or a regular tissue when you clean your glasses. I just don't buy tissue with lotion for to me is a luxury item I don't need.

i actually love your tissues, but now you've gone to truly ugly boxes. I don't want them in any room. You had such lovely designs before. Why have you gone to ugly/crazy "comic book" design? Phooey. I'll have to switch to another brand. Please change back to beauty instead of dumb.

I have at least 3 boxes of puffs open in my house at a time. We have allergies and they have always been so soft a soothing on our noses. I've noticed that they aren't soft anymore. They have that bargain rough feel to them and sometimes I wonder if they have lotion in them anymore. Sorry that the quality has gone down so much. I will be shopping for softer brand. My 10year old came home from school and said someone else brought in a box that was very soft and it wasn't Puffs. I will find out which brand that was a switch.

Puffs plus lotion is the only tissues we buy in my house. My son has asthma and allergies, so especially when. The weather is changing he gets a runny nose. With puffs plus lotion he doesn't get a rash under his nose no matter how many times he has to blow his nose, unlike some of the other tissue brands. We love puffs plus lotion!

I don't normally buy tissues with lotion in them, but I would buy these during the winter when my nose/skin is extra sensitive and dry. I would also buy them if I was sick and repeatedly blowing my nose to try to prevent my skin from getting really irritated.

I was changing my youngest daughters diaper and asked my 5 year old to grab me a wipe. Instead he grabbed a tissue, due to squirming I used it quick to prevent a mess and it worked WONDERFULLY it even helped with the irritation on my daughters bottom!! So, now whenever the girls start getting rashy I grab a box of Puffs with Shea Butter, it clears them right up!!

I’ve used these tissues for years to avoid raw noses when sick. But a recent box had a strong fabric softener scent. I have allergy-induced asthma and am sensitive to smells, so this is bad for my health. It’s disappointing that this slipped through quality control.
