I am the one who chooses what comes in my home and I always choose Puffs. For the value and the quality of this amazing product. I buy it for my kids when they go back to school. I buy it when anyones under the weather at home. It’s a trusted brand in my home and I will always recommend it.

I really like that there is not much lint from the tissues as compared to other brands. Its gentle on my nose (which is very sensitive) and isn't harsh on my skin. The only issue I have with this is the packaging. The box I bought which i'm assuming is family size (not the cube) the perforated portion to tear off is a bit large in my opinion. Why does it have to be at the front half of the box all the way to the top? Why have all the tissues exposed like that? Instead off a sliver at the top just to take off and all the tissues aren't exposed?

Puffs facial tissue with lotion is the best tissue on the market. It's durable and sturdy but soft on your nose and helps prevent the chapping that can happen with a runny nose. They're reasonably priced and highly effective. I am a very satisfied customer and recommend Puffs facial tissue with lotion because it's the best tissue.

It's so gentle on our noses and it is great for me to use on my son who has special needs. My kids don't cry when I use these, their noses aren't red, and the skin doesn't get dry and flaky on their noses anymore.

I have been using Puffs Plus Lotion for as long as they have been out. In the past, if I somehow got a different brand it the house I would give it away as it just wasn't as good. Lately, however, the tissues have changed. The are light-weight and fall apart and have no detectable lotion. I assumed at first it was just a bad batch, but it has been like this for some time now. For the first time in a dozen years, I have bought a bunch of other brands of tissues and am looking for a replacement product. Please, please bring back the original! (And let me know if they are fixed as I won't be buying them again until I know they are.)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I go through a lot of tissues and I used to buy whatever was on sale. It's hard to buy other tissues now that I know how soft these are. My nose doesn't get as irritated as it did with other tissues.

For years I have avoided less expensive brands and chosen Puffs with lotion, especially during winter months. I even bought extra boxes for my little grandson, who often gets colds. My most recent purchases have been disappointing. There is less lotion, less softness, and the tissue is thinner. At this point I may as well buy a cheaper brand. My hope is that Proctor and Gamble will go back to the original formula.

I've used Puff's Plus w/Lotion for years and years and have never even thought of purchasing another brand. However, they have changed. They are NOT thick and cushiony like they use to be, they are not soft and gentle to the nose like they use to be, and they're definitely not as strong as they use to be. They're so thin the layers actually separate when using or pulling them from the box, I can't even tell there is any lotion in them at all, and they're scratchy on my nose. Seems to me, I could get the same thing from a GENERIC brand as I get with Puff's any more...same quality, and less money for generic. Sad, really really sad that you guys took something was a GREAT product and have reduced it to LESS THAN mediocre! Unless they're changed back to their original quality, I can't see myself putting out that much money for the quality they are now.

What happened to the 3-ply tissues that were so soft and cushy? In the last 6 months they've changed to 2-ply and just as rough as other tissues without "lotion". I would appreciate them to return to their luxurious original quality. I don't appreciate so many companies that are compromising their quality and quantity to keep prices similar. I would rather have the same quality/quantity and pay more. I will be trying other brands again.

I bought Puffs Plus because I thought with the lotion it would be a soft tissue that wouldn't irritate my noise. Wrong. My nose is so irritated right now it hurts to blow my nose or even sniffle. I'm very unhappy with this product, I don't even think it deserves to be rated but they require you to so I gave it only one star.
