It seems they've cut back on the lotion recently. They aren't as nose soothing or soft as they once were. As I have allergies use a lot of tissues this is important Also I wish they'd make the packages in something that is less garish. All the boxes look like they belong in a nursery school rather than in my living room.

These have changed and are now scratchy and painful when you have a sore nose! I couldn’t believe it, I bought these because I had a cold and my nose was getting so sore. They felt like sandpaper on my poor, red nose. I’ll never buy them again. They are not how they used to be!

We were introduced to Puffs Plus with Lotion after having our first child. What a nose saver! That was 13 years ago. Over the last 6 months, almost every box of Puffs Plus with Lotion we have gotten has "hard" tissues in it! My 10-year-old daughter commented, "Mom, why are you buying different tissues?" We spend a little more money for the Puffs Plus with Lotion, but unless I see some improvement, we will look for another "nose saver".

I choose this product over and over again because I love the lotion in it. For someone with allergies, I use them often. My one complaint is that they are not as soft as they used to be. It’s been a long time since they changed, but I never knew how to let the company know until now.

I have tried other tissues with lotion but I have to say after tying the Puffs Plus Lotion I was very impressed. The tissue is soft but not so soft that it feels like it has lotion in it. I was using Kleenex tissues, and didn't like the fact that they were sort of rough, and every box had problems of halves of tissues, pieces, and they kept falling back into the box (they didn't stay up though the hole in the top.) So I decided to try Puffs with lotion. I immediately felt the difference; they are much softer. I also didn't find one tissue that was in half, and they stayed up through the top so I didn't have to dig in the box to get them out. I have gotten 5 people to switch after using them at my house. Puffs is hands down the best tissues on the market!

I have used Puffs for over 30 years! Up till now I have been completely satisfied and never considered using anything else. Unfortunately I feel that the quality as of late has been on a downhill slide. The puffs plus are not as soft as they used to be and I am finding way too many half tissues in my boxes! It's hard to blow your nose with half a tissue!

I agree with many other reviews here: The new box designs are really ugly. I also find that the quality has deteriorated. Tissues are not as soft, and the lotion content has been reduced. We have been loyal customers buying only Puffs Plus Lotion for years, so this is disappointing.
