My nose is far too sensitive to use any tissue other than Puffs Plus. They are the tissue that make colds somewhat bearable. I have used them longer than I can remember. However, over the last year, we have been getting more and more "bad" boxes. More than half of the tissues in a box will feel more like a cheap paper towl. It is time to say something. Puffs, please make the quality product we have all cuddled up to over the years!

I'm writing to PG in regard to your product: Puffs with Lotion. I have always purchased this item because the tissues were so soft. Now I have found the tissues to be ruff and also have a strange odor similar to Lysol or disinfectant. They have caused skin irritation and seem to have a different thickness. Disappointed in the product and will not be purchasing again

I have been a frequent user of Puffs Plus in the past years. I just bought 3 new bowes labeled Puffs Plus Lotion. They will be my last. Way too rough, and no sign of the lotion it had in the past! Unacceptable. How do I get refunded for the $8.03 I paid at the store, and the Gas spent to get there & back? They are unusable to me! I was counting on this tissue. I will have to get Kleenex with aloe & vitamin E

As an chronic allergy sufferer, I have been using Puffs Plus Lotion for years with no complaints. Until last week when I got two boxes that after around tissue #5 every time I pulled a tissue out, a ton of small tissue pieces would come out! This happened until the last tissue in the box and then the pieces were all over the bottom of the box. This was quite aggravating because our vacuum uses a water system instead of a bag, so it was a hassle to hook up and pick up the messes in the living room and the bathroom!

They are a great tissue perfect for removing eye-make-up,blowing your nose or rubbing your nose ,due to having a cold. They remove nail polish , with your remover. A soft moisturizing tissue ,can use even for help with children's little boo-boos. I would highly recommend Puffs Plus Lotion Tissues.

I have/had been a Puffs Plus Lotion user for years. I grew up with Puffs in the house. (I loved the subtle scent of the old school Puffs) I have purchased Puffs Plus faithfully for many, many years. I can not do so any longer. During a summer cold I went to my standby, Puffs Plus. I bought 2, 3 packs. After I started the first box I was instantly taken back by how rough they were and that they felt as if there was nothing "soothing" on them for a lotion. I opened up the other two boxes in the 3 pack, and they were the same. I took back the 2nd 3 pack and bought some Kleenex Cool Touch. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! The Kleenex are what Puffs Plus USED to be. Just to make sure I wasn't just being overly critical, I used a Puffs Plus to clean one lens on my glasses and a Kleenex Cool Touch on the other. Needless to say, I used the Puffs Plus to clean the lotion from the Kleenex tissue off of my glasses. Very disappointing. Bring back the old Puffs Plus. There is NOTHING improved with the changes you have made.

Whenever I get a cold, I will not buy anything else. The lotion put in these tissues REALLY help the soreness of my nose. I have even tried the other brands ...super soft , extra special tissues and they dont hold a candle. We stock up at home! bring on the cold/flu season.
