[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like to use this type of product when I have the sniffles. Usually carry tissues without lotion for everyday use so that I can clean my eyeglasses if necessary. Lotion tissues smear my lenses so I save them for my colds.

I have always bought Puffs Plus Lotion for years, in both the cubes and the boxes. Mostly the 3 pack boxes, but also individual boxes. They have all been very rough and scratchy. I have a runny nose most of the time and use a lot of this product. But for the past three months they have been really rough. I do not buy them at the same store and would love to know why you pay extra for a good tissue and they are worse than the store brands. I am very disappointed in this product for months now. What is going on with this product?

I have used Puffs with lotion for years and even "hooked" my Mom on your product but recently they have been course and not soft or fluffy not the same product. Both of us are looking for a new tissue. It is so sad when you find a product that you like and then it changes. Not only do I dislike the new way you are making your tissue but hate the new box designs and colors. I have tissue in my livingroom, bedrooms, and bathrooms. You are loosing two very good customers.

I will only use Puffs, when it comes to tissues! One company is doing a campaign to share (don't remember who), but I won't share my Puffs! They're too wonderful to share. Best things to have on hand when you have a cold like me! :] Good work guys keep it up!

This tissue is very soft on skin but is also very strong and does not fall apart when you blow into it. It is great for those with a cold and runny nose and also works well for every day use. I have used these tissues for over ten years-every other tissue falls short in comparison.

I usually purchase puffs in the original rectangle box and have never had a problem. I like the product, the tissues are great especially if you have a cold. But, recently I purchased a multi pack of cube boxes, and I have to say I am very disappointed. It is impossible to remove just one tissue at a time and when you use the box for the first time, the amount of tissues that come out with the first one is ridiculous. You get a whole handful with one pull. Needless to say, many tissues are wasted and the box is used up twice as fast as it should be. I like the profile of the cube box better than the original rectangle but I find it is not cost effective at all. I gave the 5 star rating for overall because I do like the tissues, but the packaging leaves something to be desired. Also, the value is just not there.

Puffs are wonderful the take care of my nose and does not make my nose red and hurting.Vick ones are really great for a cold really bad .They help with breathing and smells really good.Puffs all the time for winter in Michigan. Thanks for a great product.
