I can remember when this product felt so soft to the touch. Not anymore, WHERE'S THE LOTION? at this time I have a bad cold and my nose feels so sore, I'm paying for a tissue with lotion yet the tissue feels like an ordinary tissue. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR PRODUCT CLAIMS.I THINK BABY WIPES WOULD WORK BETTER THAN YOUR PUFFS PLUS LOTION.

Puffs Plus with Lotion soothes my nose rather than a rough regular tissue, it leaves just a touch of lotion to continue soothing. Very soft, very clean fresh, very soothing. Like almost everyone else that has used this product for awhile, this product has gone through a SERIOUS change in the last number of months! I bought a three-pack expecting the same Puffs Plus that I love but instead was faced with scratchy, sandpaper-y tissues that were anything BUT soft. I was so confused I even went back to the grocery store and opened other product to make sure I hadn't bought a bad box. I don't know what is going on with the manufacturer but something needs to be done. I will no longer be buying Puffs anymore which is sad, because I really loved the product and the fun box designs. My friend buys Kleenex for her house and I her tissues are much, much softer, so I will be switching to Kleenex brand from now on. Seems you have lost a lot of customers over this cut in quality in a seeming effort to save a few pennies per box of tissue.

I'm so glad I received a complimentary Puffs To Go Plus Lotion in my voxbox from @Influenster because I'm in love. It doesn't take up much room in my purse, which I like. The tissues are soft on my nose for constant use during allergy season, which I love. I was a loyal user of the other brand, but I'm a convert now. #Passthepuffs

After having a bad head cold and problems with allergies, I needed help for my nose. My husband came home with Puffs brand of tissues. I quickly found out why everyone loves Puffs. They were the softest tissue that I ever tried. Three days of nose blowing and I didn't have a single raw spot on my nose. Next time you are sick....buy the Puffs brand, your nose will thank you.

I bought a box of Puff's Plus Lotion and they are like sand paper. I had my daughters and friends feel them and they agree that they definitely were wrong. So disappointing, especially when I have the start of a raging cold and there is a snowstorm outside, keeping me from going back to the store. :(
