These tissues are so soft and great for preventing a sore nose. These small boxes are frustrating, however. The first few tissues you pull out get torn up because they're packed so tightly. And when I have a cold, I use these tissues up too quickly. Please bring back the bigger boxes...they were perfect!

I love this product. I’ve been using them for over 30 years. But lately I am tempted to use other similar products. The pastels are seriously from the 80s. I can’t look at them any longer. TikTok goes the Clock, looking for a change soon!So, design change is just probably a smart marketing idea. Thank you!

Only Facial tissue I will buy, if Sam's is out( which I can't recall that ever happening), I'll wait until back in stock and purchase a single box or two to hold me over. To me, Puff's Plus Lotion are the best tissues on the market, their soft and gentle and doesn't irritate my nose. Well worth the price!

I bought a 4-pack. I am on the 3rd box and they are packed so tight they just shred when you try to get one out. After 5-8 tries I had to go down and grab a handful to pull out together to even get it astarted.That is a loss of 10-20 per box before I can pull them out normally. A huge waste of money on a box of 72.

My nose, indeed do sure deserves the puffs indeed, because let me tell you when I have the flu. I was using these suckers nonstop. Every second they grabbed the start from right out of my nose and helps me out with no rashes. I had a peace of mind, knowing that my nose won't be scratched up by some cheap tissues. You can actually feel the lotion actively working in your nose particles. I refuse to use any other tissues on my nose.

I use a lot of tissues since my surgeries. Your brand for the comfort and quality. You've changed this. Less soft lotiony feel, a bit rough on my nose. I thought I picked up that other brand by mistake. But nope. It was Your Brand, Puffs Plus Lotion. Number of folded tissues, bottom of every box, steadily rising... 2 to 8 over the past year less tissue in each box. Please fix issue.

Changes to your product have clearly degraded its quality. The tissues are thinner, less absorbent, and rougher than when first introduced, and they frequently tear when pulled from a new box. Prioritizing profits margins over quality has cost you my trust and my business.

I've been sick for 2 weeks, accidentally purchased another brand of tissue yesterday. It said “lotion” and I grabbed it. Noticed when I used the FIRST one from the box, something is wrong with these. I literally dug the previous box from my trash to compare. PUFFS makes a difference!!

I have always bought puffs plus lotion because they were thick soft and very gentle on the nose.Now they are thin very rough like sand paper and no lotion.My nose is red and sore now.I returned all 4 boxes back to the store and bought a different brand.Puffs are awful now

This is a household must have during cold and flu season. I keep a box in every room in my house, including on my nightstand. These tissues are strong and soft. They hold lots of snot while protecting your hands from leakage. Gross but so true and worth knowing!
