Puffs are packed in a way that causes sheets to rip every time one is pulled out of box. Plus, boxes do not fit decorative covers. Will purchase again only if nothing else is available

I was disappointed because l didn’t want cube. I checked to fix the order only to find that l had no choice but to take the cube. Less tissues and difficulty getting your tissue out of the box.

Before inflation; I loved these; they used to be ever so gentle and feel so good; didn’t rub your nose raw, they were incredibly thick, they matched 3ply. NOW, it’s see through, NO lotion and snot seeps thru, while rubbing your nose raw, if used to much!

Hard to get out can't clean my glasses

We are die hard Puffs ussers. But the square boxes are hard to get a tissue out, frequently tear. We don't like the lotion as it smears your glasses which we do several times a day. When you suddenly get a bloody nose trying to get a tissue because it sticks or tears is litteraly a mess.

Puffs tissues from sams club

I bought this for the second time, not again! I think when it’s made for sams they don’t care about how well the packaging is. The tissues are upside down in some boxes, every 2 tissues you have to dig out 5 that rip and go to waste. Not worth it. Buy Kleenex long box if they have it.

Judy, we’re so sorry that the tissue isn’t coming out of the carton opening as easily as expected and we understand how frustrating that can be! We have high standards for every part of our packaging process, but it is possible that when the bundle of tissue was being inserted into the carton it could have shifted slightly, causing the issue you’re experiencing with dispensing. As you continue dispensing tissues, it should become easier to pull them out smoothly. Once there’s a little more room in the carton it should allow the bundle to shift back where it should be for proper dispensing. We'd really like to see how we can help further, and make this right.
