Very thin not good if you have a cold. Moisture gets on you fingers which just does not stop a cold virus from spreading and you use more. This product does not feel very soft or that lotion is even on it. I get saving money but you dont charge more for less. Very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the lotion in the tissues, especially when you blow your nose quite a bit. The only problem is that you forget there is lotion in the tissues when you have to wipe eye glasses ( it leaves a residue on them). This is the only reason why I have not purchased this product.

I've used this product for years and loved it. The tissue felt soft and soothing on my face. I have a sensitive nose so that's important to me. Recently the tissues have been terrible to use; the texture is all wrong and there's nothing soothing about it. Quality has gone downhill drastically. I get more comfort from a fast food napkin. If it doesn't change I'll need to switch tissue brands.

Puffs Plus Lotion tissues have been my tissue of choice for many years. I notice that these wonderful tissues have had a quality change. Just taking one out the box reveals the loss of thickness and when applied to my mouth or nose, even worse. They are thin and rough now. I do not feel they are worth the extra money. They have gone from a truly superior product to just cheap imitation.

I have used Puffs Plus with Lotion exclusively for over 15 years. They were thicker, softer and more lotion-ey then any other brand. Even though they were the most expensive option it was worth it to not suffer with a sore nose. I am so disappointed to see the quality change. I understand to save money companies need to occasionally lower the quantity they provide in a package. The quality shouldn't suffer though! The quality is what makes people loyal to your product! I don't agree that your changes made this product "more flexible and softer". The tissues in my boxes are rough, aren't cut right (they stick together at the ends), feel thinner, don't protect my families noses and BREAK apart! Not ideal when blowing your nose, or wiping certain areas of the body. I experimented and bought a competitors brand the other day and found that they were better and so much less expensive! Why should I stick with Puffs? I'm staying away from Puffs brand until they bring the old style tissues back.

I have allergies and have used the Puffs Plus lotion tissues for years. The last few boxes have been terrible. Felt like rough newspaper. I thought the first box like that was a fluke but have since tried 5 more and they're all the same. I think I'm probably done with the Puffs products. Also wanted the Puffs with Vicks awhile back when I had a cold and couldn't find them anywhere. Very disappointed on both issues. I'll buy Kleenex next time.

When I was sick, these were the 'go-to-tissues'! Everyone knows the feeling of having a stuffy/runny nose and your nose will get irritated when you constantly blow your nose. These Puffs Plus tissues are great! They are so soothing and really make me feel better when I'm sick or any time! I am a constant cold/allergy sufferer and crier and these feel soooo good. I even use them on my face when it gets dry, it's so much better than face cream for a quick dose of soothing moisture. Puffs Plus is an amazing product, props to the folks that make it happen!

I was so excited to see a to go pack of Puffs plus Lotion in my #JollyVoxBox from Influenster! We use Puffs plus Lotion at home and it seems like I can never find any. My husband has allergies year round (because he's allergic to everything) and so tissues are very important (and scarce) in our home. Now I have a pack all to myself!
