I can not express how disappointed I am in your company. I have been using Puffs Plus for as long as I can remember, and have LOVED them. I am saddened that you have shrunk the box and lessened the amount of lotion you put on the tissue. I will no longer be buying Puffs Plus, which is something I never thought I would say.

I am recovering from a bad head cold and to compound that, my allergies kicked into a full blown attack. I had just bought a 4 pak of Puffs Plus cubes, went through them and found an older box I had at home. The difference in lotion between the new ones just purchased and the older one (maybe bought 9 mos-1 year ago) was noticable. The new ones left me with an irritated, red nose whereas the older box did not. Could feel the lotion left on my nose from the older ones. Your product is still better than other brands out there, but only marginally based on my recent use. I would be willing to pay more for the product if you would put more lotion back in.............

Previously, Puffs plus were the only tissues I bought. However - they no longer have as much lotion & are not as soft. Also, the box I am currently using has a peculiar odor - I don't like it at all. I hate it when a company chages a product & it becomes inferior to the original product. The boxes are awful. Really, can you picture them in a newly remodeled, upscale bathroom? They are very unattractive & not even pretty colors or muted colors. Way to help you competition!!

For decades, we have kept plenty of Puffs Plus in reserve because they WERE the strongest, the softest and most kind to our noses, but something radical has changed in the latest batch of Puffs Plus we purchased at Sams. They are no longer strong, nor soft. How could you make such a monumental negative change to your product? It defies all logic. There is no hint of lotion, and the softness? WHAT softness? The texture is actually ROUGH. It's the last thing I would reach for if I had a raw nose. What more can I say. They are absolutely horrible. Just a bit better than hospital tissue...maybe. Add to that, your ugly box designs and you have the perfect storm for losing market share. You certainly have lost us as a customer.

I have been buying these tissues since they came out because they were the only ones that didn't irritate my nose. I suffer from allergies almost all the time since I'm allergic to just about everything and I just don't know what happened with this product. I don't feel the soothing of the lotion anymore. They are getting rougher by the box! It seems like someone is skimping on the lotion and I'm very disappointed. What in heck has happened to my puffs?

I have been completely loyal to Puffs plus with lotion, but since they changed the formula to add Shea butter--the fragrance is a real turn off. I bought three boxes, but after one whiff from the first box, I returned the other two. I really hope they'll go back to the old formula. The Kleenex version with lotion is not as good a tissue, but at least it doesn't smell.

Look I don't know why you do this but about half way through using them it looks as if you just put a bunch in the bottom of the box and they don't come out when you get to that point. I'm going to start using another brand just because of this. Why do you do that?

Puffs Plus has been the only tissue I have used FOREVER. Just recently, there was a change in box size so now the box doesn't fit into any of my tissue boxes. I know it sounds like a small thing, but I have boxes I have made (ceramics 15 years ago, sentimental) and fun boxes I found in funky craft stores for our cabin. I'm more in love with my one-of-a-kind boxes than the tissues. I will not be buying these again. You lost out. I blow my nose a lot. :)

Puffs Plus has always been my favorite tissue due to its softness and durability. However, lately I have noticed a change in the tissue. As soon as I take it out of the box it is noticably stiffer then before. Also it seems to become powdery or dusty soon after I remove it from the box and place it in my pocket. This last issue is the most annoying. Have you changed the formula recently? If so, please change it back I miss my old Puffs Plus.

My husband and I have used Puffs Plus for years and for me it has made a noticeable difference when I have a cold. No red nose or irritation. I had to check several times when I opened a new box to make sure we had bought Puffs Plus. It is a completely different and inferior product. It is scratchy and irritating. I will not buy again unless you change it back. Claim that you have added more lotion if you want to. That certainly does not seem true and if it is, you are using the wrong lotion or the wrong paper. I can buy scratchy tissue for much less.
