We were introduced to Puffs Plus with Lotion after having our first child. What a nose saver! That was 13 years ago. Over the last 6 months, almost every box of Puffs Plus with Lotion we have gotten has "hard" tissues in it! My 10-year-old daughter commented, "Mom, why are you buying different tissues?" We spend a little more money for the Puffs Plus with Lotion, but unless I see some improvement, we will look for another "nose saver".

Been using Puffs Plus for years. Of late we’ve gotten boxes that have, for lack of a more refined word, ratty tissues in them. Holes, separations, fuzz, etc. This is certainly uncharacteristic of the product. Will continue to use the product as it’s the best on the market. Hawkeye

I have super sensitve skin, and when I have a cold my nose turns raw very quickly. I have always counted on Puffs Plus to save my nose from a certain crimson fate. I woke up with a cold today, and turned to my old stand by. I had to check to make sure I didn't buy the store brand. I look like a certain red nose reindeer, and it's only been one day. The tissues feel scratchy and "cheap." Just where is the lotion? I may be changing into a Klennex girl.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just happened to be very sick when I got this sample and I used every last tissue, and bought more! They were the softest tissues I've ever used and the lotion just made my nose feel so much better from growing raw.

I used to love Puffs Lotion and would only buy this product! The last 6 boxes I got were horrible - stiff, hard Kleenex type of tissue with no hint of softness what so ever! What happened? Tried to call your 800 # but no one to talk to. Very unhappy.

I have always been a fan of puffs plus with lotion and would never think about buying anything else. The last 2 boxes I have purchased recently have had zero to very little lotion in them. It makes me want to change brands. At first I thought it was a bad batch but I have purchased these boxes a few months apart and they were both low in quality.

It's comforting knowing that this tissue has the added lotion and is always my go to when I have a cold and having to blow my nose alot. It really helps with the dryness that you'd get with plain tissue. I've been using this for years and will continue to do so! Thanks @Puffs for this wonderful product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They came in very handy , Especially when my grandbaby had a cold ,Knowing his nose was so sore. And he didnt cry when wiping it with Puffs . Two days later we made a special trip to town just to get his puffs or as he says ( the soft wipes Nana )
