I have used Puffs with lotion for years and even "hooked" my Mom on your product but recently they have been course and not soft or fluffy not the same product. Both of us are looking for a new tissue. It is so sad when you find a product that you like and then it changes. Not only do I dislike the new way you are making your tissue but hate the new box designs and colors. I have tissue in my livingroom, bedrooms, and bathrooms. You are loosing two very good customers.

These are not the same quality as the big boxes. They are thin, like Kleenex. They don’t seem to have the lotion. The texture of the tissue is different as well. Also you rip the first 3 or 4 even trying to get them out of the box so those are just wasted tissue and money. Also costs more than the big box for less.

I love that puffs are thick enough to not get any blow through to your hands. I prefer without lotion on the daily and lotion to soothe when I'm constantly blowing my nose due to allergies or illness. Has been a favorite brand for my family for as long as I can remember.

I was an avid user and lover of Puffs Plus with Lotion. Nothing worked better on keeping my nose soft and soothed during a cold HOWEVER, Puffs lately have been HORRIBLE!!! Where is the lotion?? Where is the softness?? These new Puffs are itchy and scratchy and feel worse than a regular cheap tissue. I am SO disappointed with the quality of Puffs with Lotion lately. These are NOT the Puffs I've come to know and and love. These new Puffs are total garbage. I'm sitting here sick as I type this and my poor nose is red raw and dry from using Puffs. Terrible. Hey Puffs..................go back to your original Puffs with Lotion formula. These new one are the WORST!

I got this product for testing purposes complementary from Influenster. I am definitely not disappointed in the to go version! I have horrible allergies and this is nice to have around for my sneeze fits! It isn't harsh on my skin and gets the job done! @Influenster #Passthepuffs

Like other reviewers, I am dissatisfied with the new Puffs Lotion tissues. I just recently bought a 3-pack. When I used the first tissue, I went back to the box thinking I had inadvertently bought the regular Puffs because the tissue was not soft at all. But I had bought the right one. It is definitely NOT the same quality as the old ones. If you're wanting to lose a bunch of customers to the Kleenex brand, I guess you're going about it the right way. I also agree with previous comments about the design on the boxes. Don't care for them, but care even less for the quality of the tissue inside.

If it hadn't ben for Puffs Plus, I don't know if I would have ever gotten my kids to use tissues. They never once complained about blowing their noses when they were little. However, they are spoiled now. Schools do not provide such nice tissues and they complain of how rough school tissue is. Do Puffs Plus come in pocket packs, because even the other leading brand's tissues are not soft enough for my kids' tender little noses.

This is a soft, non-drying tissue that doesn't raw your nose when you're in a situation where you're using them almost non-stop. We have a stock in the house so we're sure to have them when they're needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a good product though you want to make sure that you carry either a lens cloth or a regular tissue when you clean your glasses. I just don't buy tissue with lotion for to me is a luxury item I don't need.

I have the most sensitive skin and it’s so frustrating that for years I was using tissues that were not very soft and they would cause my nose to hurt very badly. Whenever I had a cold it would make my nose raw. Using Puff lotion tissues is the best. I hadn’t had that issue since. I really recommend them.
