I caught a cold; first one this season. Haven't had one since about 10 months ago. I loved using the Puffs with lotion. The box I just bought is horrible. Why did you change the tissues? They are not nearly as soft as they used to be! Guess I will try Kleenex with lotion. I am disappointed you cheapened your product.

Why did you mess up a good thing?! I just opened a box of your new Puffs with Lotion -- I recognized right away that the box was smaller and could live with that --but I can't understand why you degraded the quality of the product so dramatically. The tissues are rough and scratchy - it doesn't feel like there's any lotion in there at all! I've been buying these tissues for years, and count on them to keep my family's noses from getting sore, especially during cold and flu season. Had I wanted this poor quality of tissues, I'd have bought Kleenex or a generic. I'm very disappointed and am considering looking for a new brand.

We've been buying puffs with lotion for the past decade for our family. Puffs with lotion USED TO BE luxuriously soft, soothing and strong.But now due to recent changes, they are poor in quality, feel rough and tend to fall apart. The new tissues are thin compared to the thick silky texture they were before. They chaff the nose area and a horrible lint falls off the tissue and goes up the nose.

When I first tried these, years ago... I instantly became a lifetime convert to Puffs Plus. I remember thinking, unironically, that I could do a glowing testimonial commercial for Puffs and mean every last word of it. Not many products inspire that loyalty in me. Soft, strong, saves your nose from trauma upon repeated uses... what's not to love? If you haven't tried them, what are you waiting for, seriously?! Puffs Plus... you had me at "hello"

We had always used Puffs as the primary tissue, However, that is changing. The new tissue is significant smaller and the tissue is so thin you can see through it. Thanks for ruining a good product. We will n ow search for a better product than what you are predently producing.

I have always used Puffs, I grew up using Puffs, I have tried other brands people had, they don't come close to the quality that Puffs have, My friends and the business that I work at use only Puffs and no other brand, The absolute best by far over all other brands,

Overall i love Puffs. They are study when blowing and they do not have as many fly away particles as some of the other leading brands. The only thing I have a hard time with is when I have a really runny nose, the tissue is not as absorbing as i would like due to the lotion content in the tissue. It does protect against red raw noses during cold and flu season. still give it a 5 star rating. Lori

puffs is pretty good and soft for your nose especially when you need to blow your nose or have a bad cold. Unfirtunately they portray a little black girl cartoon using a Puff tissue with a little small nose when everybody knows black people have very wide flat noses with big nose holes spread all over their faces.

I have used Puffs Plus without fail for many years. However, recently, an inferior product has been substituted in the Puffs Plus Lotion box. It is scratchy and absolutely not the same. My daughter noticed as well. Did you change the formula or was perhaps there was an industrial error? UPC code 0-3700039363-4

I know that some people are allergic to these ingredients but you should totally bring them back, either as a separate product or put a warning on the box saying "do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients". I still love Puffs Plus as much as ever, but I liked them better with a touch of shea butter, aloe and vitamin E.
