Have spent $$$ on Puffs over the years and for the past year or so, ALL boxes are defective. Shedding clumps of white lint on everything you wear, floors, any surface. Not sure what happened with their manufacturing process but it’s gone downhill. Breathing in dangerous lint, often from the first tissue you pull out of even the large boxes, and especially once you reach the end of the small ones.

I purchased Puffs with lotion for years and recommended it to everyone. I had them in several rooms at home and also at work. Then the quality changed dramatically for the worse. At first I thought it was a bad batch but the quality is still horrible so I've stopped buying/using the puffs with lotion. The new tissues are thin and really rough. They feel like the cheap toilet paper.

I noticed some time ago that these tissues were thinner and not as soft and plush. Now I have a cold and I can really tell that this product has changed and not for the better. My whole family is walking around with red noses. It is disappointing when a really great product cuts quality. ( to increase profit or keep consumer cost down.) Bad business. I buy 6 boxes a week so I guess I'll be looking for a new brand on my next trip to the store. My bathroom tissue seems as soft as this inferior version of Puffs Plus Lotion.

Whatever scent you've added to these tissues is simply awful. It smells like someone spilled a bottle of cleaner on them. The packaging says nothing of the scent so I was very confused until I found other reviews saying the same thing. I won't be buying these again.

We have been buying Puff's Plus Lotion 4 pack cubes for a lot of years. For the last few months every box is bad. They are thinner, they shed, they don't have the lotion like they used to and for some reason they tear every time you try to get one out of the box. We are very seriously just considering buying the cheaper ones. Puff's Plus Lotion is no longer worth the extra cost.

I too am disappointed with the changes to Puffs Plus with Lotion. You've changed the way the tissue was manufactured--it used to be thick and soft--and if there's lotion who could tell? There's little difference between the lotion and the regular variety of tissues. I'll be looking for something better....a lot better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought it was excellent for runny noses. Most times when wiping a child's nose, underneath the house becomes raw from rough tissues constantly rubbing on it. The softness of this tissue completely cancelled the chafing out!! No more fighting to blow noses!

I've been exclusively purchasing Puffs Plus Lotion for as long as they've been on the market in Rhode Island and have recommended them to so many people. Recently, though, the product quality has changed significantly. I thought my husband purchased the wrong ones on the prior shopping trip because they didn't feel comfy on my nose, but I know for sure the ones I purchased recently are labeled Puffs Plus Lotion. Sadly, I am sitting here with a red, sore and drippy nose with what's supposed to be Puffs Plus Lotion in the pocket of my hooded sweatshirt. I will be investigating alternative tissues with lotion after this major FAIL.

I usually buy the square boxes and love them but this time I bought the larger box (with lotion). When I used one I picked up the box to see if I had purchased the wrong brand. It was so rough and had a different texture. I was surprised when I saw it really was Puffs which is usually so nice and soft.

I am suffering from a cold. I could not understand why my nose was so raw from the Puffs tissue I have been using. To my "late" realization, I was using Puffs Plus but not Puffs Plus with Lotion! What a difference that makes! I immediately went to the store to get Puffs Plus with Lotion. When you have a cold, there is no substitute!
