I’ve used these tissues for years to avoid raw noses when sick. But a recent box had a strong fabric softener scent. I have allergy-induced asthma and am sensitive to smells, so this is bad for my health. It’s disappointing that this slipped through quality control.

I love the product. I've used Puffs for decades. The thing I have an issue with is the packaging lately. How come the boxes only come in weird psychedelic patterns and color schemes? I really don't have any of those colors in any of my rooms where I keep boxes of Puffs. Just wondering... As I said I love the tissues, I have to have my Puffs!!

The tissue is not wafer thin and you feel like you can use it without worrying about blowing right through it. The softness, plushness, and thickness are perfect for all tissue needs whether you are sick or just need a one-time use. When you are sick and using tissues over and over the Plus Lotion makes it so much easier on your nose - you notice the difference!

I used to be a big fan of Puffs Plus with Lotion. The product was noticeably softer and very gentle on the sensitive skin of your face. And I was willing to pay a little more for the tissues b/c it was worth it. But over the last several months I have noticed a distinct difference. The tissues appear to have less lotion or at least are no longer noticeably softer than other tissues. Maybe they changed their manufacturing process or something, but I'm less inclined to pay more for this project when it doesn't feel any different from other tissues.

I received Puffs plus Lotion from a Voxbox via Influenster.com for free and this is my experience: I like that there is a to go package available in this variety of puffs. It is more convenient that bringing a whole box with me in my purse. There's a nice thick opening/resealing piece of plastic that seems to make the packaging last longer, unlike many other varieties that I have used in this size. The smell is nice and there is not a noticeable amount of 'residue' that comes off of the tissue. All in all this is a great product.

I am a dedicated, long time user of Puffs tissues. I recently purchased a multipack of Puffs +lotion- each of the three boxes were at least 1/3 filled with half sheets of tissues- like they were torn down the middle. Maybe you need to check your processing plant. It has happened before but this time all 3 boxes were like that. just thought you might like to know.

I have been buying Puffs Plus with Aloe Lotion for at least a decade. In fact, I can't remember ever buying any other brand of tissues. THE LOTION IS GONE! That's about all I can say. I noticed it as soon as I picked a tissue out of the box. It was thinner and didn't have the same lotiony feel to it. I never had a chapped nose but now half box in and my nose is sore to the touch. Is it a manufacturing boo boo? In my opinion, I think they reduced the quality and kept the price the same. I don't care about the prettiness of the box I just want the aloe back.......unbelievable!! FIX THIS OR LOSE CUSTOMERS!
