Puffs is a solid product and it performs very well, but its scent is pretty pronounced and its softness is not always ideal - for instance, if I grab a tissue to wipe the bathroom mirror, it can leave lint behind. Obviously, I regard tissues as an all-purpose product; in my world, they're not just for noses.

I have been using Puffs Plus Lotion for as long as I can remember. So I was saddened when I bought my latest box of Puffs and noticed that the quality has noticeably changed. The kleenex in the new box of Puffs Plus Lotion is thinner and not nearly as soft. Puffs thickness and softness is the reason I've used this product for 20+ years. Please tell me you'll change it back! If not, i'll be switching to another brand.

Used these many times in the past and thought they were great. Super soft and soothing an irritated nose. You could actually feel the lotion on the tissues. Bought them a few days ago and the tissues did NOT feel like they have any lotion on them, the quality of the tissue was very poor, it was very corse and stiff. Even double checked the product to make sure I had the right tissues.

I have ONLY used Puffs plus lotion for YEARS and recommended to lots of friends, who also have been faithful customers. We have all been shocked in the loss of quality while paying a premium price. The texture is worse than a generic tissue, and the scent reeks of chemicals. I will no longer be a faithful until you return to your original formula and quality.

I have purchased Puff's plus since I can remember, I've always loved the product and nothing protects my nose better. I have sinus issues so my tissue means a lot to me, but I have to say Puff's has gotten worse and worse over the years.I just bought a new box and for the little bit of tissues I did get, there was also hardly any lotion and holes in the tissue sheets. Kleenex seems to be making a better tissue with lotion now and that's sad, because I usually am a loyal customer

We have bought nothing but Puffs plus lotion since it came out. I could not believe how ugly the boxes are now. My husband and I would not have it in our home. We bought another brand and may stick with it. I first thought it was my age but my daughter who is 32 agrees and we were talking about it in the store and others heard and agreed! So sad cause we have enjoyed it for years.

I agree with several of the reviews the boxes are awful, no aloe and the shea butter was left out of several boxes of my Puffs Plus! Also, they are rough and not the soft tissue I am accustomed to better quality and a more visually appealing box. Somebody needs to fix my Puffs!

Of all the years to change the formula...this is not the one. I have been very disappointed in my last 4 month's purchases of Puffs Plus Lotion - you must have changed the formula or lotion content. I thought it was a fluke a few months back - my family regularly purchases Puffs Lotion and Puffs Ultra in six packs 2-3 times a month (we have a family with many sinus issues). My husband doesn't like the lotion because he uses it sometimes on his glasses; I only use with lotion and only use Puffs - no other brand will do! However, my disappointment must be noted. I thought you accidentally switched boxes at first and maybe we got the wrong ones - but the issue has continued and their is very little lotion compared to what was provided in the past, and the price keeps going up. Your brand is still the best, but for one of the first times in a long time (and cold/flu season is not even here!) my skin is raw and chapped. Never happened before - I'm convinced the formula changed. Maybe it is the COVID demand, I don't know...but PLEASE put more lotion in your Puffs Plus Lotion tissues! Thanks for listening, sorry for complaining but I finally had enough and something needed to be said. Laura H

I received a Puffs Plus Lotion to go pack in my #JollyVoxBox from @InfluensterVox and it's a great product! There is no off brand that even compares to Puffs but the Plus Lotion kind is extra soft on your skin, I just wish it was a little bit thicker. Very cute packaging, great to put in your purse or diaper bag and would also make a cute stocking stuffer!

I love puffs! They are so soft. Puffs are the only typ of tissue I want to use. Every time I use another tissue, I want to put lotion on my nose, but Puffs plus lotion already has lotion in it. From now on I will only use Puffs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
