I am an avid reviewer, and I try alot of products to do reviews. I don't normally use this brand because of the price, but they have been bought by a member of the household so I figured what the hey. I do not like them, they smell like vicks vapor rub. I can't even use Vicks when I'm sick.

I love your Puff Plus tissues. This box was very disappointing..same price yet the tissues inside the box were about an inch shorter than the box..umm AND when I reached the bottom of the box, the last 10 tissues did not have lotion, they were like sandpaper. Here is the # on the box 3700007545. Thought someone should know. Please don't "jazz up" the box, save money on packaging then pass the savings on to me. I appreciate a quality product, that is why I was surprized to be unhappy with this box. Thank you.

Seems pretty obvious that the changes to Puffs Plus Lotion are very unwelcome from a loyal customer base. You have several reviews where customers state they would pay more for the old product. That's a no brainier. I too bought nothing but Puffs Plus Lotion...no matter what the cost because the product was superior to anything else out there. Take a lesson from the NEW Coke...bring back the old formula. PLEASE! And publicize it or you will lose all these customers.

i used puffs plus lotion for years...this flu season so far had been just awful, so i went and bought several boxes for my family....WHAT HAPPENED? they are just AWFUL, rough, scratchy and absolutely NO lotion. what a rip off and huge disappointment....puff used to be my go to, not anymore.

Although I do agree with others that the amount of lotion seems less than it used to be, I have been using Puffs Plus for years and will continue to do so. My main complaint is with the absolutely horrendous package designs. They are an embarrassment. Who are they marketed for? They do not match any decor in my home or any home that I've ever seen. It would be great if they would start using more neutral designs.

This tissue is my very favorite to grab when I need one. This tissue does not make my nose sore after continuous wiping. I love the soft touch of the tissue and the nice smell. I would love to receive some coupons to be able to give some to my friends and family, to show what an amazing tissue Puffs are.

Been using Puffs Plus for years. Of late we’ve gotten boxes that have, for lack of a more refined word, ratty tissues in them. Holes, separations, fuzz, etc. This is certainly uncharacteristic of the product. Will continue to use the product as it’s the best on the market. Hawkeye

I don't know what's happened to your product, but its lacking. I buy puffs plus for the lotion softness. Now they are as dry as the Sahara Desert, I can even clean my glasses with them no streaks, and when there's lotion on them, you can't. Very disappointed. 😡

I have traveled around the globe and can unequivocally say Puffs are the BEST! Not only are they soft, but they are absorbent and gentle. Puffs can be used for dabbing my eyes on cold, blustery days or for gently blowing my nose. I use Puffs daily because my sinuses often drain. The torture test is living overseas and not having Puffs. Other tissues are thin and scratchy. I have to use two and still they leak! Be glad you have Puffs!

The product is great. the boxes are hideous. Every week I hear more and more people who use to buy Puffs plus complaining that they have to buy other brands because your boxes are so ugly. i quit buying them for the same reason. Change the packaging PLEASE!!!
