[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love tissues with lotion when I have a very bad cold with a sore nose from blowing a lot. Otherwise, I prefer just regular tissues. I wear glasses and sometimes, I would forget the tissue had lotion and use it to clean my glasses and it would smear them all up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Puffs Plus Lotion is a nice soft wonderful addition to any house. I love the feel of it when blowing my nose, or just cleaning up my around my mouth. I will definitely keep buying this product for years to come.

My family has allergies and we have always used Puffs Plus, but in the last year or so, quality has suffered greatly. Now almost every box has at least a few, and sometimes even a lot, of sandpaper rough tissues. I hope they fix whatever the problem is! I downgraded my rating for this reason. If the quality was uniform, I would give it a better rating. I prefer the more neutral box designs, particularly the brown Fleur de Lis.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Puffs Plus Lotion tissues! In the throes of a wicked winter cold, wiping/blowing my nose for the hundredth time becomes painful, and many tissues feel rough. Puffs Plus Lotion is one of the only tissues that bring relief instead of misery.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Puffs before, but never Puffs Plus lotion until now. The tissue is soft and not at all irritating to the face or nose. I have recommended this product to friends, and I will continue to buy instead of the brand I used to buy.

I agree with the lady who complained about your downsizing. I still had some boxes left from the last time I shopped, and just got a new box out and I wash shocked and could not believe how much smaller you have made the tissues. I got my daughter using PUFFS and that's what she buys now too, and I took a box next door and showed her how you have downgraded the tissue. I would rather pay more for them, than to have them made smaller and thinner. You didn't even ask customers their opinion, you just went ahead and did this to a wonderful product. I have always loved PUFFS, and last year I was sick with a bad sinus infection for 3 weeks, and I went thru 4 boxes of your bigger PUFFS. I would have to use 8 boxes if I were to be that sick again. They are definitely not as thick as they were, which is why I used to buy them and they are too small. They do not hold up in use like the old ones. PLEASE, go back to the bigger thicker tissues. I do not want to change brands, but I may have to.

During this time of year I sneeze from the time I wake up till the time I go to sleep. I just want you to know your product is soft BUT it doesn’t absorb anything. The fluids completely repel the tissue and either land on my face, hands or chest. I have to get a regular napkin or toilet tissue to clean up. What kind of product for sneezing and running noses is this?? My nose is still so red I look like Rhudolph. Makes more of mess when I use them!! AWFUL>>>>> NO THANK CHOOOOO.......... :(

I've used this product for years and loved it. The tissue felt soft and soothing on my face. I have a sensitive nose so that's important to me. Recently the tissues have been terrible to use; the texture is all wrong and there's nothing soothing about it. Quality has gone downhill drastically. I get more comfort from a fast food napkin. If it doesn't change I'll need to switch tissue brands.

i am normally a huge puffs plus fan however, i recently bought a three pack of puffs plus and these tissues i think are made with sand paper. i have the reddest nose i have ever had in my life. i need to know if you have changed your formula or if i may have got a bad batch. i am deeply disappointed!
