These used to be very soft, and there was a discernible about of lotion on the tissues - they would leave behind a bit of lotion on your nose after use. Now, the tissues are ROUGH - and I can't tell if there is any lotion at all. They are also much thinner - the quality is about the same as the S---- discount brand tissue but the price is so much higher!

I have always refused to use anything but Puffs plus lotion anytime I got sick. This year there seems to be a change in the quality of these tissues. They don't feel nearly as soft as they used to and my nose actually got chapped this time. I kept re-reading the box to make sure it said "with lotion" because I could not believe the were the same tissue. Please bring back the original formula. If the quality does not change back, I may as well just buy the cheapest tissue I can get and not waste my time paying more for non-existent lotion.

I have always used Puffs, I grew up using Puffs, I have tried other brands people had, they don't come close to the quality that Puffs have, My friends and the business that I work at use only Puffs and no other brand, The absolute best by far over all other brands,

I too have been a Puffs Plus user for years. I will buy no other. However, for the last few months they have really rough and very dry. I had to check to make sure I didn't pick up an off brand. This really disappoints me, especially since I am not the only one to complain about this. Puff Plus cost more and I don't mind paying more IF I am getting what I want. Someone needs to do something but quick. If not, alot of customers will be lost.

I feel compelled to let you know that you have a very loyal customer beginning to look at you competitors... You may indicate nothing has changed, but something has... The Puffs with lotion has long been a staple in our household, but with recent purchases we have noticed they are thinner, rougher, and less lotion.. I realize there is always pressure to contain costs, but this change will start costing you customers... Hopefully customer comments are valued and you reverse the changes you made before we move on.. Thanks for listening....

I received this product complimentary of @influenster for testing. The cute little handy package came with 10 amazing tissues. I've had a cold for the last few days. Being pregnant I can't take any medications so I have to just deal with my symptoms. Blowing my nose started to be a painful chore. The tissues are very soft and the smell isn't strong. I used each and every one of the tissues and went out and purchased more. I love them. They don't rub my nose raw they actually sooth it.

Not only has Puffs been in my purse to blot a runny nose, it has literally saved me from a few potentially disasterous situations. Now that I've tried Puffs plus lotion to go, I don't think, even though I did like them, that I'll be able to buy any of your other tissues, especially in the travel packs. I am suffering from a cold. I could not understand why my nose was so raw from the Puffs tissue I have been using. To my "late" realization, I was using Puffs Plus but not Puffs Plus with Lotion! What a difference that makes! I immediately went to the store to get Puffs Plus with Lotion. When you have a cold, there is no substitute!

I love these. My favorite part of all is probably all of the designs they come in. They are so cute and colorful! I love how soft they are, and they never rip like other brands do. I also like how they aren’t so powdery. Some are super powdery and have a lot of stuff coming off of them.

I recently had a nightmare of a cold that kept me blowing my nose every five seconds. I was using "soft" toilet paper to clean up and it was chafing my skin something awful. I went over to talk with my boyfriend's mother one night (they live really close) and had the urge to blow. She directed me to a box of Puffs Plus with Lotion. The tissues were so soft that they actually made my nose feel better while using them. So, when I went to the grocery store to get more toilet paper, I grabbed a couple boxes of Puffs Plus with Lotion. After using them for a day or so, I was very pleased with the outcome. My chafed nose was no longer chafed. I had no raw skin whatsoever and it felt wonderful.
