While I do like the product itself, I am NOT a fan of the MEGA boxes, because they do not fit in the tissue box holders so many of us have. And recently, the contents of the packages don't indicate the MEGA size, so have bought the incorrect product. Very disappointed.

I'm not sure why there have been changes to this product, but I assure you it wasn't for the better. My husband and I caught a bad cold recently and bought Puffs Plus Lotion, as we always do when our "noses are in need", only to be very disappointed. It felt no more soothing than any other brand of tissue. I never thought I'd say this, but I will longer buy this product.

Usually this product is good but the quality has gone down hill. My family purchased a large pack of tissues and so far two of the boxes have had issues. The tissues have fuzz like cotton pilling coming off of them. Every time you pull one out of the box the cotton fuzz falls all over. It is very messy. And we store our tissues in an area that would not affect the quality of them.

I have Von willebrand disease so these come in handy when I get my frequent nose bleeds and because they contain lotion in them they prevent my nose from getting super dry and flaky the day after from constant paper to skin rubbing. 10/10 would recommended, ps they also last me a while even with a disease like this which is an ongoing cycle that can last for up to 10 minutes.

For the past year or so we have noticed how downhill the tissues are. First they are not as soft as they where nor are they the same feeling of ply. They are not the "cloud" feeling at all. After how many years of using Puffs Plus I believe it is time to find a softer tissue. Also why is it so hard to find the ones with Vicks? They are handy to have around when it's cold season.

Puff plus super soft, gentle on nose. Stronger then others. Doesn’t cost much more then other brands but well worth it. For just the comfort with lotion . Packaging could be a little better to make it more out standing to make easier to find among others .

I have purchased Puffs since they first were introduced, leaving far behind Kleenex. Kleenex could never compete with Puffs until now. The quality is now the same as Kleenex, leaving only price competition. Please bring back the quality of Puffs be a use right now they are terrible.

What happened to the 3-ply tissues that were so soft and cushy? In the last 6 months they've changed to 2-ply and just as rough as other tissues without "lotion". I would appreciate them to return to their luxurious original quality. I don't appreciate so many companies that are compromising their quality and quantity to keep prices similar. I would rather have the same quality/quantity and pay more. I will be trying other brands again.

Puffs Plus Lotion has always been my go-to facial tissue. The last several boxes I purchased were not up to the Puffs’ quality I have always appreciated. Every third tissue or so feels like cheap wrapping tissue paper. Not soft at all. I’m sadly disappointed.

Wow, I just read some of the reviews on this site and I'm wondering how many more negative reviews need to be posted before you get the idea that people are unhappy with your new product and its appearance? Like others, I want my box of tissues to blend into my room, NOT stick out. It's not part of my decor. This is the point where Kleenex boxes are looking really good to me even though their tissues are inferior. I also agree with others, the lotion in the tissues isn't noticable at all. After 30 yrs, if changes aren't made, you've lost a customer here too.
