What happened to puffs + lotion???? It's not soft anymore- very scratchy and rough. When did you change the formula? Why did you change the formula?? It's not soothing anymore.

I have used and recommended Puff's Plus with Lotion for years, but I recently have been sick and purchased a box only to be very disappointed. They are hard and NO lotion!Please fix this!!

If you have a cold where you will be blowing your nose for days ... don't waste your money on anything else. The lotion on these prevents or helps prevent your nose from getting chapped! I've been using them for years and love them

I don't care if it's 2 in the morning, I will send my husband to the store to buy these if I run out! There is no substitute. This is the only brand that is soft enough on your nose to not chafe and scab over later.

These are my preferred facial tissue. They are soft enough for regular use or consistent use with a runny nose. The packaging is helpful since you don't have to stick your hand down inside to pull them back out.

I have tried a lot of tissues I find these to be the best they are very soft and gentle on your nose and you can use them for other things and they're very reasonably priced I prefer these over any other brand and I definitely would recommend them

I love this tissue it's soft and thick doesn't irritate my nose I have terrible allergy so I use it all the time year-round it's the best I've ever had
