I too am disappointed with the changes to Puffs Plus with Lotion. You've changed the way the tissue was manufactured--it used to be thick and soft--and if there's lotion who could tell? There's little difference between the lotion and the regular variety of tissues. I'll be looking for something better....a lot better.

I think the lotion is slimy. It gets on your fingers and then on whatever else you touch. Plus, if you accidentally grab one of these to wipe your glasses, well now your glasses have a slimy film on them and you can't see unless to go clean your glasses.

Really glad I have these puffs plus lotion right now! Both my son and I have a cold and noses are running non-stop. The lotion in the tissues keeps my nose from getting raw, and the small pack is easy and convenient to use. We are packing the house right now and this is really convenient since I've packed away all the full boxes of tissues. Thanks @influenster #passthepuffs

I have been a Puffs lotion user for years, but over the last few years you have reduced the lotion so much that it now is no better than ordinary tissues. I have tried to tell you this before, what did you do, sent me cupons for free tissue. Free is good but what we need is more lotion at least equal to before. I will now start my search for other brands, and I am not alone.

Everyone in my family has environmental allergies, so it is very important for us to have a tissue that holds up and does not damage the soft sensitive skin of our noses. Not only did the Puffs Plus Lotion hold up to my daughter constantly blowing her nose, but her nose did not turn red from all the blowing. My whole family really enjoyed how soft the Puffs with Lotion are. It is definitely going to be the new go to tissue in our house!

On February 4 I came down with bronchitis. It was the worst cold I have had in 15 years. It lasted 4 weeks. I bought 6 boxes of Puffs w lotion, and after 4 wees of blowing my nose NOT ONE TIME did my nose turn red nor peel. THANK YOU PUFFS! The tissue you have developed is one of the best things the world has to offer! I am forever faithful and hooked. Keep at it!

I always recommend them to family and friends. But the last couple years, I have been somewhat disappointed in the quality of the tissue and the packing distributor. I have purchased these in large quantities so we have a rectangle box in every room at all times and sometimes halfway down the box of tissues they are bunched up like an accordion, and thin one sheet layers. They just don't appear to be as strong as they once were, either..... I recommend Puff's to every one and for my friends to see how thin they are, not sure I should still recommend them. I do have a suggestion for Puff's with lotion, and that is to post on the tissue box that the tissues are not recommended for cleaning eye glasses. Some elderly folks forget about that. And I wish that Puff's were a wee bit stronger. I won't give up though, I will still purchase Puff's;)

The Puffs Plus Lotion with Vicks is the best part about having a cold. What a great idea. Whomever the person in R&D who suggested this is - deserves a raise and a promotion. I hope Puffs keeps this product available permanently. Absolutely helps relieve the suffering from a cold. Keep up the great work! These are so wonderful I would consider contracting a cold just so I had an excuse to use these. Ok that probably crossed a line, but seriously these are great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These tissues were so soft and yet thick unlike some brands. Definately will continue to use. They don't irritate your nose after repeated wipes like some other brands. My kids loved how soft they felt too!

they are the only tissues we buy at home and/or send to preschool. We always buy Puffs with lotion, no more scraped up, pink, irritated, dry noses when we have colds. Our family is a Puffs family. We even love the ones with Vicks, wish they had a stronger Vicks smell that would last longer though but they help a stuffy nose anytime.
