[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't like the tissues because of the lotion. It left a greasy feeling afterward that I did not like at all. They were very soft and gentle on the nose, so if you don;t mind the greasy after feeling you will like these tissues.

For as long as I remember my family has used ONLY Puffs Ultra Soft & Strong 'Gentle and 3x Stronger' 124 2-ply tissues per in the Purple box. However within the past 6 - 12 months, these have been replaced with Soft and 2x Stronger in a cute Despicable ME3 box of 180 2 ply tissues that you can read a newspaper through. Do the math... Which is going to hold up better to the 'Mother Of All Sneezes' or a 'Rattle The Walls Toot The Snoot Session', the old reliable thicker 124 per box tissues or the present day rice paper thin (two ply, my eye) 180 tissues per box? My wife and I have been married for 43 years and back when we were poor as dirt, we always went for the quality more expensive Puffs, Charmin, and Bounty products but my patience is growing thin. The Charmin rolls are getting smaller while the price is getting higher. I'm reminded of the declining quality every time I blow my nose and end up with the problem in my hand instead of the tissue. This is my 2nd contact with Proctor & Gamble on this matter and if the problem is not addressed within a few months, my family will be looking elsewhere for a satisfactory solution.

Love puffs plus, but I bought the warehouse pack and first time buying the small boxes and they do not fit in any of my decorative tissue box holders. These are not standard size and are just too big. Very disappointed. Will probably stick to Kleenex brand for those.

My husband and I have used Puffs Plus for years and for me it has made a noticeable difference when I have a cold. No red nose or irritation. I had to check several times when I opened a new box to make sure we had bought Puffs Plus. It is a completely different and inferior product. It is scratchy and irritating. I will not buy again unless you change it back. Claim that you have added more lotion if you want to. That certainly does not seem true and if it is, you are using the wrong lotion or the wrong paper. I can buy scratchy tissue for much less.

Okay when I first saw Puffs Plus Lotion was a little unsure. Is it worth the money to buy something that had something in it and would it feel any different. When I get a cold, I get these sores under my nose from wiping. I really do believe that the Puffs Lotion helped my nose from getting sores.

Puffs Plus lotion is my favorite tissue to use when I need it. I have sensitive skin so most tissues leave a rash or dries my skin out. But I have never had a problem with Puffs Plus lotion. I always have to keeo a softpack in my car, in my purse, and on my night stand. I love Puffs Plus lotion! #Passthepuffs @influenster

I am a Puffs fanatic when any of the family gets a cold. My husband bought a 8 pk of Kleenex and I sent him out to get Puffs for our granddaughters poor little nose. He returned with 2 boxes of Pufffs Plus Lotion. I took out a couple and was shocked how ruff they were compared to the Kleenex! My daughter said it was like wiping your nose with wood chips!!! Help what is going on? I have 2 big boxes of 124 I will return. Please check the comparisons out for yourself. Disappointed in the new Puffs!

I've used this product for many years and never had a problem. Lately though the boxes I've bought seem to be defective. The product starts out soft but halfway through the box it starts to feel like sandpaper. Seems like the lotion hasn't been applied to the product.

I love the new Puffs Plus with Shea Butter, I noticed that after I open the product at home the "Shea Butter" info is not on the box. I also noticed that the commercials don't have the Shea Butter very prominent. Product is great, Market the Shea Butter More!
