Overall i love Puffs. They are study when blowing and they do not have as many fly away particles as some of the other leading brands. The only thing I have a hard time with is when I have a really runny nose, the tissue is not as absorbing as i would like due to the lotion content in the tissue. It does protect against red raw noses during cold and flu season. still give it a 5 star rating. Lori

Puffs in my opinion are the softest tissue. This is the only brand I buy for my family. I keep my house stocked with them year round for when we are in need. When we have allergies or get sick getting a raw nose from rough tissues just makes this even worse.

I have used Puffs Plus Lotion for many years. It's always been such a comfort getting though cold season and just nice to use all year long. But something has changed. The tissues from the box I just bought are like paper towels. They are not soft at all and have no lotion. Please bring back the soft and soothing tissues you used to make.

I thought it might be too greasy for anything else but that wasn't my experience. It was fine I promise you that if you have a cold or allergies, your nose needs these tissues. They're very gentle of a sore nose!

Very disappointed to see the box has shrunk, but price has not. Do you just assume the public is too stupid to notice? Tissue is not the same either. I will be looking for another brand. I have been very happy with this brand for years, so I am VERY disappointed.

What happened to the 3-ply tissues that were so soft and cushy? In the last 6 months they've changed to 2-ply and just as rough as other tissues without "lotion". I would appreciate them to return to their luxurious original quality. I don't appreciate so many companies that are compromising their quality and quantity to keep prices similar. I would rather have the same quality/quantity and pay more. I will be trying other brands again.

Whenever I am a victim of allergy season, I need tissue that not only does the job, but keeps my nose from being raw and dry. I keep a box of this tissue by my bed, on my desk and on the end table. I need it in arm's reach when I need it. It's affordable and durable and nose approved.

At the lower portion (beyond midway) of every box I buy, tissues are incorrectly folded and cause bulges in the box. I am becoming NOT a happy customer. The product is packaged 3-boxes of 124 2-ply tissues (21.3 cm x 20.8 cm tissues). I'm finding this in 100% of the boxes I buy at 3 different stores. What happened to the folding equipment? Better yet...what happened to your quality control? Why should I keep buying this product if I have to keep emptying the boxes, fixing the bulges and trying to put the tissues back in by forcing them? This, as they say, has been a Pain in the 'you know exactly where.'

I found myself using fewer and fewer tissues because the design on the box that I preferred (and matched my bathroom perfectly) was difficult to find. It makes no sense. You designed some nice boxes, but I was unable to buy the box I preferred online - instead, all you offered were multipacks of horrible designs. Why even have various designs if the consumer can't choose? If the box I preferred was readily available, I'd be going through the product much more quickly. Now that the design I preferred is no longer available - and none of the new designs are acceptable - I am going back to using charmin for my tissue needs.
