I always ONLY bought Puffs Plus Lotion tissues, but lately when I buy them I immeadiately noticed that the tissues weren't soft anymore just by touching them. Then I used it to blow my nose and there wasn't ANY lotion in them!! What happened? I thought that I had accidentally bought the wrong box and had to turn mine over to double check that I had gotten the right brand. I was not happy that the formula obviously has been changed. I will be looking for other brands to use now. I didn't mind paying more when the product was better, but now its like a cheap napkin.

I have used up the whole box in one day and my nose was not irritated what so ever. Highly recommend this brand and the soothing menthol option works great too.

I have used puffs with lotion for years and years, but I can tell they are now thinner and not as soft as they used to be. They did soothe my sore nose, but no longer. It’s just tissues, but it makes me sad that they have changed. Looking into purchasing other brands.

We always buy Puff's with lotion and we always buy 2-ply tissues. We bought a 4 pack of these and so far two of the boxes have 1-ply tissues. I know mistakes can be made. Now I am on another box and the first half had two ply and the rest of the box has one ply. I think you need to check your machines to see if they are working correctly in order for the proper product to be put in each box. I have to say this is the first time I had this type issue. However I am at home with the flu and I am using more tissues than I know what to do with.

I have been an avid Puffs Plus Lotion tissue user for many, many years so it was easy for me to notice that a change was made to the product. At first I thought I purchased a defected multi-pack so I purchased it two more times. Nope! The Puffs Plus Lotion tissues were not as soft as they once had been. I purchased a box of Kleenex Smoothing Lotion tissues and compared it to Puffs Plus Lotion. The Kleenex Smoothing Lotion tissue was much softer in my opinion so I made the switch to Kleenex Smoothing Lotion. Sorry Puffs.

I have bought Puff's plus with aloe for along time. For the last 6 months are so I have been very disappointed. I am getting kleenex's that feel like sandpaper. Why is that/? I am almost tempted to go out and try a new brand with lotion. I have a husband that has allergies and these were the only ones we were buying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't like the tissues because of the lotion. It left a greasy feeling afterward that I did not like at all. They were very soft and gentle on the nose, so if you don;t mind the greasy after feeling you will like these tissues.

I am a longtime user of Puff Plus. Within the past several months, I have noticed that the product is not as good as it used to be. The tissues are flimsy as compared to nice & thick & there doesn't appear to be as much lotion on them as before. I feel like they stick to my skin & are hard to use. I am just really disappointed, because they used to be my favorite tissues.

I've been using Puff's with Lotion ever since they came out years ago. I've had problems the last year or so when I purchase the large multi-pack of regular sized boxes. At least 1/3 of the tissues are scatchy and rough. I finally figured out that the 2-ply tissues had the soft side inside and the rough side on the outside. It's very annoying to have to pull the tissues apart and put them back together to get the softness I want. Please check the production lines and find out where these are coming from and fix the problem. This is the best tissue around, when it's not inside out!!

Since I have severe allergies I really do need my Puffs Plus Lotion tissues. The last two multi packs that I have purchased seem to have less lotion. So I asked my daughter if she had noticed any difference, she said, "yes." As I was reorganizing my cleaning pantry I came across a box of Puffs Plus Lotion that had been there for some time. So off to my bedroom to compare, sure enough it wasn't just my imagination, ther IS a difference. Please reconsider going back to the original product, it is so wonderfull that I would be more than willing to pay extra to have a "Happy Nose."
