I currently have a cold, and knew that I needed to get puffs plus lotion once my nose started turning red from other tissues. When I opened the box, I was extremely disappointed! I thought I had mistakenly bought the regular puffs, but I had not. These tissues do not have nearly as much lotion as they used to; short of firming rubbing it between my fingers I could not even tell that they had lotion on them at all! Puffs plus lotion used to be a godsend when I was sick, but now all I'm left with is a cracked, red nose!

I have been buying puffs for years but recently have been very disaapointed. Their quality control must be under funded as the last two boxes i have opened have been stuffed with half tissues. I am guessing the third box will be the same. Its like these tissues were caught in a machine and ripped in half. Not what I paid for.

Love your tissues but would love them better if the large packages that I buy in Costco and Walmart would be similar in colour or theme. I find that I get several colour or design boxes that I don't like to use and have to save an old box to fill with new tissues. Some could be kids or nursery theme, some could be similar decorator colours or some could be a bathroom theme.

I have used puffs exclusively for almost 40 years now. Every time I use another tissue, I find them sorely lacking in softness. We lived overseas for several years where having a tissue quickly available for multiple uses was absoutely necessary and the pocket puffs were a necessary item in all my bags. I love this product and don't understand why the other brands are still on the market.

Just received the Puffs Lotion to go size from Influenster in my #jollyvoxbox. I have been a fan of Puffs for a long time and love their lotion tissues. It is such a soothing product when your nose is sore from winter colds. Thanks Puffs for a great product!

I have used Puffs Plus Lotion for years. I never buy anything else. The tissues are the softest and strongest on the market, but please please please put them in a more stylish package! The daisies were bad enough, but the latest boxes are even worse. They have gone from ugly to uglier.

I received this product complimentary of @influenster for testing purposes. I enjoyed these tissues, they have been very convenient especially because it's been a cold winter. They don't hurt my nose and feel nice and strong. I recommend these for anyone who is sensitive!

The tissue is not soft and not the same quality it used to have. This used to be the only brand and type I would buy . Hopefully you will go back to the original puffs with lotion or I will have to find a new brand. I agree with everything PRODUCT CHANGES NOT GOOD wrote. Especially when me or my family members are sick because they don't rub ur nose or eyes raw like normal tissues do.I always have a pack on hand for emergency's and the travel size packs are perfect for in the car, my purse, etc.

I bought 3 of these and I cannot wait to try because I’d been using Kleenex and even change from Kleenex box to puffs just to try how soft it is. I am so disappointed! It got a bad cardboard smell and the tissue is only softer than a texture of a paper towel! I now know I won’t buy puffs again but will now just buy Kleenex.
