I loved this product and noticed the lack of lotion or softness, very disappointing. If this is the product, I might as well buy Kleenex brand, as Puffs with Lotion are not better anymore. They are the same in feel and rub your nose raw after use. Please fix!

We use the cubes but for a while now they've been EXTREMELY HARD TO PULL OUT and when you can finally get them out you get a wad. we use them because of the size convenience but with the added waste and increased frustration makes them a poorer value. obviously something changed in manufacturing and or quality control. Please Fix This.

I suffer from allergies all year round and always have a pack of Puffs with lotion with me. During the worst of my allergies, using Puffs with lotion, my nose isn't nearly as tender or raw as with other tissues. I appreciate that they have different variations (Vicks, etc.). I am allergic to fragrances, so I stick with the original puffs with lotion because I know they work for me.

I purchased numerous puffs plus lotion cubes recently and some of them are totally not up to par They are extremely rough As a year round allergy sufferer I have used puffs plus lotion for years. My last purchase ( 10 cubes ) so far is rough with visible bumps on them Please let me know if they have changed so I can start searching for a new tissue. My sore red nose thanks you.

I ALWAYS buy Puffs, but have noticed that the tissues are NOT what they once were. Not as soft. When I have a cold, I buy Puffs with lotion. Well, I have a cold, but WHERE IS THE LOTION ? I can see no difference at all ! What did you do to my Puffs ? I would be better off to save my money & buy the cheap ones. You need to service your customers...NOT your wallet. We pay good money for what we think is a good product. I am very disappointed. Please put the lotion back in the tissues...like the box says...Puffs "WITH" Lotion. Thank you.

I keep these throughout my house year-round. I have very sensitive skin and in winter with colds and in the spring with allergies it is very uncomfortable on my skin to constantly be blowing my nose- this product makes life easier and helps keep the skin around my nose happy despite constantly reaching for tissues.

I have been a very loyal consumer of Puffs Plus with lotion for years. Recently I have been very disappointed. First, the boxes are seriously UGLY! Bring back the daisies! Second, where is the Aloe? I don't llike the new formulation as well. Third, I cannot find the Puffs Plus to Go packages ANYWHERE!!! Why mess with such a great product?

These tissues are my go to tissues on the go due to my seasonal allergies and flu/cold season. They keep my families noses soft and supple no matter how many tissues used to do the job. Would be lost without this product. @Influenster #Passthepuffs #contest

I have use Puffs Plus for an eternity - the only tissue I would buy as I have allergies and worked with young children until I retired. The last few boxes I bought are not the same. My nose is sore. Please fix this!!!! I see it's not just me as my husband thought when I asked him to be sure he was getting Puffs Plus last time he was picking up groceries. He came home with the same box and showed me where it said Puffs with Lotion on the bottom. But it isn't the same. Others are finding the same thing so I hope this was just a manufacturing glitch somewhere along the line and next time I will get the "good stuff" again.

I received a complimentary pack from Influenster in exchange for an honest review. I like how convenient this pack is. My son gets a runny nose every now and then so I'm glad that I can just pop this little pack into my purse when we're out and about. He can even stick the pack in his little pocket! It does feel soft and gentle against your skin. However, I thought it was going to feel even softer than it does since it has lotion. My son likes them, so I do too.
